Czech RepublicThe location is not ideal-an industrial zone just outside Nova Gorica. Still, the city center is within walking distance, but we were a bit unlucky with the weather, which put a small downer on an otherwise nice experience. I think when staying there, one should combine it with a visit to the restaurant.
The hotel is perfectly new and offers huge rooms with excellent equipment and very tasteful interior. Also, a free parking lot is a big advantage. The owner has built his dream here and runs the hotel adjacent to his Michelin star restaurant with a love and passion we found adorable. We did not get to try the food in the restaurant-all booked out-but saw all the happy people enjoying dinner when returning to our room-it sure is delicious.

United StatesOur stay at DAM was amazing! Uros was incredibly helpful in setting up wine tastings at local venues and in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We wound up staying an extra night! The rooms are spacious and well equipped. If you are looking for a luxurious place to stay in a central location to many different attractions (Venice, Brda, and Predjama are all a short drive a way) this is definitely where you should stay. United KingdomHaving come from a week in the mountains, the location was not what we expected, but the outside garden was extremely nice. I'm not sure why there are paintings of naked ladies everywhere... thankfully not in the restaurant.
Restaurant food and wine were absolutely Amazing! Also fab breakfast. Chef so helpful and friendly. Great room but quite dark. A/C didn't go below 20C.

United StatesFantastic Hotel, Excellent Staff and Food. We also met the owner who was most gracious and very interesting to speak to. We learned of his family history and why he started the hotel and restaurant. The food was fabulous and the bar well stock with all the familiar major brands (we are gin drinkers). The room was very large and modern. The beautiful wood floors and furniture we quality. The bathroom was large and very modern as well with high quality fixings. Very highly suggest this hotel for any travelers and certainly business travelers as well.
