Nothing, it’s perfect.

Wow- there is so much to love about this hotel. First- the service. The staff all exude helpfulness and are so gracious and nice. Second, the location- it’s in a truly perfect location across from the lake and removed but not too far from the town. Third, the room- it was exactly as pictured, absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was so comfortable and the shower products were truly incredible. I regret I didn’t have time to use the beautiful tub! Our room was on the ground floor below the restaurant and we were a little worried about noise, but we couldn’t hear anything and it was so quiet at night. Finally, the food. We had the fortune to eat at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and WOW, both truly blew us away. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had and probably will ever have. You’ll not be disappointed by anything - we can’t wait to come back!!

The light switch was a little bit challanging to find the right mode, but after 1 night it was ok. We were not 100% healthy when we arrived at the hotel - so we had some stomach problem after the amazing dinner (but I think it was because of our primary illness)

This hotel is just perfect. Amazing spaceous room, with a huge terrace and jacuzzi. The view from the balcony is marvelous to the small lake and the arounds mountains. Coffee maker, minibar, everything that you can need. The special evening menu is a realy extra. (Better dinner than I had ever around the world.)

Absolutely everything! The staff were exceptional, always friendly and attentive. The room was superb, beautifully appointed with a wonderful bath where you could lie and gaze at the stunning mountain views. To top everything off the restaurant served the most amazing food and is well worthy of its two Michelin stars!

The whole concept and feel of the hotel. From the attentive and friendly staff, to the whole feel/vibe of the place. There is a special feel to the whole place, and it’s surroundings are the icing on the cake!

Everything!!!! The service is absolutely impeccable. They did not let me lift a finger (or a bag). The room is so nice, just remodeled. The bed is so beyond comfortable. The toiletries all provided are incredible. The restaurant is outstanding and breakfast is insanely amazing. I could go on and on. I cannot wait to come back.

incredible property & staff! we came here for our honey moon and it did not disappoint! once in a lifetime location with the most attentive and welcoming staff! they arranged everything for us from electric bikes to dinner reservations. The breakfast & coffee is fantastic too! 10/10

Our overall experience at the place exceeded any expectations! The place was absolutely stunning! It was beautifully decorated in a natural style reflecting the surrounding areas and care was taken to make it unique. The story behind the origin of the place really captured our imagination! We had a wonderful stay at Milka. The staff were fantastic - their passion was evident throughout our stay. We enjoyed an amazing tasting dinner with wine pairings which was an outstanding experience. Breakfast was generous with unique offerings. We do not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
