Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMy only criticism of this hotel was the breakfast. They only had two of these multi-drink machines available for a hotel with a lot of guests, so it took a long time to get a cup of coffee and only espresso. It would have been much better if brewed coffee had been available.
Very good hotel, good size room, good bathroom, clean, with a great shower. Well located. Polite and helpful staff. Varied breakfast, but the only problem was the coffee (drink).

SwitzerlandThis place is holding itself together based on the location only. It’s more than overdue for renovation. Things were old and creaky. We couldn’t even close our window properly. Only stayed one night so we put up with it. I expected a bit more for a premium Best Western. Some construction work was going on and I hope they’re planning on taking that further.
Location. Gym wasn’t too bad even though some machines were in need of maintenance. Breakfast offered a very wide variety

TurkeyIt looks shining outside but in fact inside is teally very old. The rooms are very old looking and also the bathroom etc need a lot of attention for maintenance. There are old style bath tubs and to get inside you almost need a ladder. Also the breakfast room is in a connected building and you need to go through a consruction to get there. Breakfast is also poor, coffee is terrible

Maintenance Man even gave me a cock-and-bull story of 'In Slovenia, air conditioning only does cold'! Also, why do hotels now have see-through bathrooms with glass windows? Curtains or not, it's totally revolting to be honest!

SwedenThe room's interior felt very 80s/90s, not very modern. The AC was in a weird place in the room, making it inefficient at cooling the room.
The hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and of good size. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The breakfast buffet was delicious and full of different options. The staff were friendly and took care of our bags.

United KingdomIt’s just a minor point, but the hotel is undergoing refurbishment and, although it was managed well, I think guests should have been informed beforehand. The noise from the works was particularly noticeable at first floor level, but could be heard elsewhere. It didn’t bother us, it could have impacted on some people’s stay

LiechtensteinThe rooms are very tired looking. My first room smelled musty and I had it changed to one that did not have a carpet which helped. But the AC did not work well the first night and had to be repaired the next day. Basically the hotel reception and breakfast room have been renovated but the rest of the hotel really needs updating. Not what I expected from a Best Western.
The hotel location and breakfast was very good. Close to the centre, nearby restaurants and a park. Reception staff were also very helpful.
