The location was excellent everything i wanted to see was within short walking distance. Breakfast was excellent.

The bathroom and the shower were very small, although it was managable. The bathroom could also be closed only with a sliding door which didn't give a lot of privacy. The room as a whole was also quite small (but still ok).

The hotel is in the middle of the city centre of Ljubljana, it's the best location you could ask for. The breakfast was amazing with a great choice, and the bed was super comfortable - as were the pillows.

Position of safe had to kneel down to use. Prefer a shower than the high bath. Room was too hot and could not use air conditioner to regulate temperature.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was excellent and had all options besides being abundant. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was helpful and polite.

Rooms are halfly renovated, and it’s not really nice. It was always cold on the corridors.

Felt the cost was high for the room as it just seemed outdated generally. The general areas of the hotel were very modern but the rooms felt a little left behind

Excellent hotel. The location is perfect 5 minutes to the city center, and 10 minutes walk to the train station (bus). Very tasty breakfast, comfortable mattresses and pillows in the rooms (rating 10 out of 10). The room has all necessary accessories for all traveler needs

Parking fee was not so clearly explained, reading the notes on booking it was not clear that payment of the 28€ fee was mandatory

Very well positioned, nice and spacious room even if something was old and not nicely fixed (bathroom door with visible screw on the locker or metal panel on the side of the bathtub to cover a hole). On going renovation works but not disturbing the stay.

bad wi-fi connection, hotel phones out of order, old carpets on the floor corridors, and the rooms that kill the efforts of the cleaning ladies to maintain the cleanliness in the rooms. Hard way to find the path to the sauna.

Just a minor issue, but the shower drain didn't work well and I couldn't shower longer than 3 minutes before the bathroom floor got flooded. Something which is easily fixed.

Perfect location in the heart of Ljubljana. We were upgraded from a twin room to the presidential suite with 2 bedrooms with kingsize beds. Even though they provide parking, I used the nearby parking which was only a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

Unfortunately my stay coincided with the Ljubljana marathon. The constant noise from the loudspeakers both mornings was terrible. The city, organisers and hotels need to work together to ensure a better experience for all. The crowd watching the marathon events did not justify the commentary and particularly its volume.

The facilities is a bit old, but very clean, so it didn’t bother us much.

The stuff were very friendly and professional. The location is amazing. Plus they gave us instructions on the parking so we could exit city even though the marathon was in place. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was very warm and could not control temperature. Didn't seem to have an air conditioner.

Hotel was well located for restaurants and main square. Hotel breakfast was excellent with large variety catering to many tastes. Bed was very comfortable with quality linens.

Air conditioning didn’t seem to be working as well as we hoped, but we didn’t ask the staff. A bit of street noise on a Saturday night, but have had much worse in other cities.

Great location in Old Town. Fantastic breakfast. Twin beds larger than expected and very comfortable. Great price for airport shuttle. Great L’Occitane products in room. Having Kavarna Zvezda in hotel was great for a stop for a drink, and dessert or more.

On of our rooms had a problem with the heater making the room very warm. An opened window solved it and it wasn’t a mayor issue.

Fantastic location and service in the middle of Ljubljana. Walking distance to historical city centre by the river. Easy access and parking service. Great breakfast. Some really awesome architecture details in the building.
