Location is fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend this property. Very easy communication with hosts. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Very comfortable and clean apartment with all necessary facilities for longer stay including fully equipped kitchen. It is in the middle of a very green area. It takes about 10 minutes walk to reach the area with cafes and restaurants along the coast. The host was very friendly and responsive. There is a parking in front of the apartment. We stayed only one night/day but could easily stay the entire holidays.

It was a really comfortable and convenient choice. Our studio was in the ground floor of the building with the free parking just outside. With a very short walk you find a good supermarket, a really nice restaurant with normal prices and the bus station is also a few steps away in case you want to visit Piran or other places in the area. The public beach is also very close. We just loved the location and everything and would return anytime.

The parking lot is quite narrow, you need to be a good driver to park. But the parking is just in front of the house, so it is worth it.

Pretty easy, the house lady waited for us, even though we came 2 hours later.

The property itself was great. There was a small misunderstanding with the owners, on the booking site it is written that checkin is till 21pm, but it is till 18pm. The owner that had to deliver the keys wasn’t very pleased (mildly saying) for us arriving late (although it is also written that there is a lockbox for the keys). Info on booking should be updated.

Bed is very uncomfortable. There is no microwave oven.

The real location is not Portoroz but Lucia. It is about 200 m from Portoroz table. Parking is free. It is good location to relax walk around. If you dont eant to walk to Piran (5 km) you can take the bus in front of the apartment. Apartment is spacious, kitchen is ok. Supermarket just 50 m away.

The place was very clean and staff really friendly. We were able to arrange everything we needed. Apartment is very clean and neat, location is quite close to the sea. I would most definitly recommend Apartments Lucija.

The greeting a t the beginning was a bit cold. We didn't felt very welcome but more disturbing as we arrived. The appartment is in the ground floor close toe the garage. Because of that it is quite dark in the appartment. There is only a small window with the view on the wall of the garage. The matress of the bed was very sagging. Sleeping was therefore atwas uncomfortable

We boked the room spontanously. The appartment is close to the Adria. We had a parking slot for our car. There was a kitchen in the appartment

The towels was hard as a rock, the dishwasher doesn’t work (it starts up and gives all the usual noises while “working”, but at the end the dishes are still very dirty). We wanted to make some pasta the evening before a marathon and there were only two small sauce pans available and a bigger teflon pan, but the teflon was scratched (I don’t think it’s safe to use anymore!). The landlady over the phone wasn’t really helpful with giving information on how to get there and she didn’t pick up the phone for 10min at the time we agreed to leave (we were all packed, waiting outside for 10min, not knowing what to do with the key). Her son, that we met in person on arrival was her complete opposite, though!

The apartment itself was big enough for two, the bed was comfortable.

- Very noisy apartment, you literally will hear everything happening in the building - the bed was awful, and pillows were the flattest smallest I’ve ever seen - old furnitures, literally from 80s didn’t evolved - facilities, almost nothing in kitchen, bathroom disgusting - no heating, basically only the a/c that blows hot air only in living room, so the rest of the apartment was cold. - no blinds or blackout curtains. difficult to sleep when so much lights enters the bedroom . the whole experience was disappointing and will strongly not recommend to anyone to not stay in these apartments, specially with this level of pricing. this is barely 1 small star type of rating priced at 3 or 4 star level.

The beddings are full of red (blood) blemishes. Rough towels, old and too tiny pillows. Dust everywhere, no clean enough toilet, the soap diffuser all with old hair. The refrigerator full with leaving of crumbs before. And totally indifference by the owners when we told them this.

The location is good and xlose to tje walking area,everything out of pleasent stay.

I didn't like the fact that it was only a blanket to cover, that check out was around 10 in the morning and that they came exactly at 10 to ask us to leave the accommodation, because they were coming next. and check in is at 3 p.m. only. 150 euro for one night is too much. very average accommodation

The only thing I liked was that it was clean and that the location was good.

No balcony. Not much place to dry the towels and beachwear.

Great location, near very good restaurant, and a general store. Beach is also very close, 5 min by walk to the nearest one. Our apartment had a bit dated furniture. Apartment has a washing machine which is a nice touch. Wifi has good speed but unstable signal, devices drop off very often.
