We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SlovakiaThe only one disadvantage of the perfect accomodation is that it is located very close to a railroad. But during the night we did not have any problems to sleep (the owener recommended to close the shades; there are even ear plugs available, if necessary).
Super clean room, very comfortable beds, very nice owner. There is even free fruit, coffee and milk waiting for you in the apartment. There are also some toys for kinds available. Very thoughtful owners. Plenty of parking space. We stayed only for one night, but it vas very pleasant experience.

One of the best equipped apartment I have ever been to, with clear written instructions for everything. The Landlady Alexandra is very kind and helpful. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Celje centre is only a few minutes drive by car. We would definitely stay in this apartment next time too.

HungaryThe owner is a super star host. She is very kind, leaves small gifts (home made liqours, marmelade, etc) in the apartment. She even baked bread for us knowing that on 15 August everything is closed. The place is very close to a beautiful church with a very friendly priest and panorama. It worth walking up. There is a very good Italian restaurant only 500 m away.

It's not central, but the traffic in Celje is simply not a problem , and it took only a few minutes to get across the town. The flat is spacious, comfortable and provides everything you could ask for Lovely aircon in a very hot year, and superb wifi too.

ItalyEverything in the apartment was ok, just as a suggestion I could say a little bigger fridge (partially used as minibar) would be welcome in case guests are travelling with fresh food to store overnight.
Clean, cozy and elegant apartment. Private parking and outside terrace. Large shower, comfortable beds. Good restaurant in the neighbours and just few minutes by car to the beautiful castle and city center. Very tasty home-made liqueur as welcome gift. Alexandra is very kind, organised and helpful, a real super-host!

NetherlandsIts close to the town but its maybe not the most beautiful location, but definitely a very comfortable place to be back after cycling/walking.
Alexandra definitely knows what is needed for guests, comfy bed, good tea and coffee, even some fruits, some local drink and many things to say:) I spent one night in the apartment and slept really good. It was perfect for my stop during my cycling trip.
