We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything was perfect! The room is spacious, with very comfortable bed and couch. The kitchen is well equipped and having a small balcony with a view to the castle gave a special touch! The best treat was to have the option of having breakfast in the room, with good quality food and options. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

United KingdomThe apartments are central in Bled and a short walk from the lake. As other reviewers have said, the breakfasts are huge and it was a nice option to have it served in our apartment. The receptionist was really helpful with information about the local area.

United KingdomSome drawers for clothes would be ideal, and bedside tables in the smaller double room which didn't really have anything other than the bed and wardrobe. It also lacked plug sockets. The curtains are hung so you cannot draw them fully and are a bit short so the light comes in below. Better black out curtains would be a good future addition. For the breakfast, cold milk and tea would be good to offer (we weren't so keen on the coffee), and also the granola could be a healthier variety with greek/natural yoghurt (the yoghurt we had wasn't the type to have with granola). Otherwise we loved it. We couldn't get the phone number to ring for the lower parking area closer to our apartment (which wasn't on WhatsApp) - the calls never connected at all. We parked in the top area for all our stay as there was space fortunately.
Gaja Apts are conveniently located, with free parking, walking distance into town. All the staff we met were wonderful - super friendly and exceptionally helpful. We had the 2 bed apt - it was very spacious and very clean. A double bed in one room and 2 double beds in the other, a lounge/diner/kitchen room and bathroom. Shower very good. Sitting area in front and back too. The breakfast was outstanding - ring a number (avail on WhatsApp) and 5 mins later it is brought to your room and cleared away after. The selection was incredible, we really enjoyed it.

Well located apartment hotel in Lake Bled. Apartment had very comfortable bedroom, bathroom with shower and living room with fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast served either on terrace or in apartment. The breakfast presentation was truly huge with everything one could desire for a very large breakfast.

Comfortable largish space with small Balcony. Parking was off street and easy behind the accommodation. We could just see the castle during the day but it was lit up at night. Aparthotel is centrally located in Bled and cheaper than most. Walk to the make and restaurants. Breakfast is enormous and the staff are great - no 24 hour reception. If we go back we will stay at Lake Bohinj instead where it’s quieter, larger and has the cable car. Central Bled is super busy and a bit grotty in parts.
