You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustriaOnly small things. The coffee machine didn’t work. We tried many different things, so we don’t think it was us not knowing how to work it. The soundproofing isn’t great so the church and the rooster will for sure wake you at 7 or before. Maybe not a big deal for deep sleepers. Wifi didn’t connect well in the bedroom loft.
Superbly clean. Great quality and comfortable bedding. Fabulous to have the exterior blinds and AC in the hot and muggy weather. Nice to have the kitchenette for tea and breakfasts. Close to a very good restaurant serving local specialties. It was our group’s first time in this region and it was lovely to have two apartments side by side so we could pop over and chat.

United KingdomWe had a lovely family stay at the apartment. It's very close to the small centre and there were some great bars, cafes and restaurants a stone throw away. We didn't go rafting but went for a really nice walk to the nearby waterfall.

IrelandThe only window you can open is the sliding front door - as the bed room is upstairs you have to lock the front door and can’t have window open - air con is super quiet though. It would be nice if some decent toiletries were provided given the price per night instead of left overs from previous guests.
My apartment / studio was brand new and spotless. Really fancy and modern. The town is tiny so the location is central. I got a very friendly and warm welcome. As well as helpful tourist information. Super safe and pretty town.

United KingdomWe absolutely loved our time here. We stayed in one of the deluxe studios which are clearly very new. They were beautiful. Really nicely architecturally designed. Modern features like touch dimming lights and a big sliding glass door onto the terrace. Really comfy beds and nice bedding. Very effective air conditioning. The kitchen has a coffee machine and plug in hob which was great as it meant we could have dinner on the terrace one night after a long day of exploring. The location in Kobarid can't be beaten - it's right in the centre. We did rafting with them and it was one of the best days of our trip around Europe so far. The hosts could not be any more accomodating, and the staff were so friendly. You will not regret booking here!

HungaryThe only unpleasant thing was that not every room had air-con, and it was extremely hot and humid. Other than that, we loved it.
The owners were super friendly and very helpful, it was a wonderful adventure for our family. Their rafting guides are real professionals with joy and fun, but really safe at the same time. We loved the entire trip!
