Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SlovakiaThe shower had quite narrow entrance and it was not so easy to fit in if you are of bigger stature. The bedroom had just place for the double bed and 20 cm from each side. But really not much to complain
The location is really great, 20 minutes walk from the castle or town centre. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped. It comes with small terrace. The owner was very nice and welcoming. We were offered to use bikes (we didn’t use them but I highly recommend it as there are lots of bike trails).

MalaysiaA bit far from attraction, didn’t give enough instruction for check out. The water heater have some problem. The heating is uneven. I had to using cold water to clean my body after shampoo it suddenly no more hot water
Owner is nice. The apartment is big and also have couch and tv separate room from bedroom. The bed is comfy. And there is hair dryer with high power🙂

United StatesThe hot water ran out fast, only enough for one quick shower and the next person had to wait for half an hour.
Host Damijan and his mother are very nice and responsive! Everything we needed such as the information about the area, the kitchen and bathroom equipment, was provided. We even could use the bikes, which really helped us to go around the lake and enjoying the views!

MontenegroThe apartment is located about 20 minutes' walk from the lake. Damijan kindly offered transportation to the accommodation upon arrival, and transportation to the bus station on the day of departure. He also gave us good recommendations for visiting Bled. The apartment is neat and clean, and there is a small terrace in front where you can enjoy when the weather is nice. The price included the use of 2 bicycles, which made our stay even more beautiful because we were able to visit the whole of Bled and the lake. We enjoyed the stay, thank you!

Peaceful and nice surround. We can parked the car and the bikes too. We can sit out and eat in the garden. The centre is 10 minutes walk. The owner was nice and helpful. The apartman was little, but enough for 2 person.

PolandKitchen is a bit small for cooking more advanced dishes. Matress on the bed in master's bedroom is very uncomfortable. After sleeping on it my back was sore for hours the next day.
Well equipped kitchen, good location and parking. To my surprise owners offered us free bikes during our stay and even for a couple of hours after we left. Room was small, but big enough to comfortably sleep.

GermanyOn booking it’s advertised with 35m2 size. This is maybe if you include the outside terrace. The inside space is very small, especially if you travel with a child. Maybe 25 m2 across bed room, kitchen, bathroom combined. It’s tricky to move around and find space to open your suitcase apart from the bed.
Good accommodation for 2 people and 1 night.
