Everything was perfect. They were friendly and the best service providers helped us to get comfortable while our stay. Our flight as early in the morning but they prepared the early breakfast so we don’t get starved.

Great location in the center of Old Town and very close to the airport. The property is very unique and the staff were extremely accommodating. We had to leave for the airport very early in the morning so we were given “lunch pails” to take with us since we would miss breakfast!

Spacious room, sparkling bathroom, excellent breakfast with something for everyone, cold cuts and eggs, yogurt and fruit, pastries, good coffee. Perfect location right in the center of scenic historic town. What made our stay so special , however, was the staff. Each and every one was very friendly, professional, and helpful. And they all spoke English.

Beautiful Old hotel in heart of old town. Fantastic location. Updated rooms and common area but still historic feel. Great food and authentic Slovenian shops within a minutes walk.

This very nice hotel is located directly in the center of Kranj in a very old historic building. My room was upgraded without further cost and included a Jacuzzi. Breakfast very good, staff very kind. Will book again when in Kranj!

The front desk staff was very kind. We had an early flight and were going to miss breakfast so they put together sack lunches for us to take with us that morning. The location was great for walking the area.

Parking was included but was difficult to find and does not accommodate large vehicles. That being said, the staff was excellent in helping us find the parking and made sure there was room. Just something for guests to be aware of more than a limitation.

The staff was absolutely exceptional. Always available to help and concerned about the comfort of the guests above all else. Fantastic people!

Interesting property of historical significance. Comfortable beds. Decent size room and spacious bathroom. Good breakfast. Extremely helpful and friendly staff members who went out of their way to ensure all five adults received the best stay possible. They went out of their way to accommodate late check-ins and early checkouts.

Great location in central Kranj with easy access to the old town, and a short walk from the bus station. Room was lovely and bathroom spacious with a shower and bath. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 100% recommend!

Relatively more expensive than other hotel options. I would say this is a quite luxurious stay but I liked it.

The breakfast was delicious, the room is clean and big with full facilities. The whole hotel is very pretty and the host was really nice. I would recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Kranj or the surrounding areas. I had a beyond expectation stay!

Room was poorly lit. It was very hard to do some work on laptop. Best light is in the bathroom. Even though bed was comfortable, it is made of some artificial material that flakes.

Very acommodating staff, room is decorated in regency style - very nice. Bad is very comfortable, with pillow choices (soft and hard). Hotel is located in the very centar of historic part of the town. Various breakfast choices.

The rooms, while using Mable are a little dated. The space to walk around the bed is limited at the foot of the bed. And the windows could use replacement (two windows with an out 6” of space in between to provide the double glass effect).

This is a nice hotel in the down town core of Kranj The staff is exceptional. The breakfast was first class. I also loved the shower and it’s water flow.

Good position for my business exigencies. Not very easy to reach as it is in the city center, but the staff gave us helpful instructions. Room was very spacious, neat and clean especially the bathroom. Breakfast was good. I want to thank the young man at the reception as I had an inconvenience and he helped me immediately and kindly.
