We had a good room. On the third floor with bay view. The ceiling is a bit low but given an old building. The breakfast is excellent, many choices. The location is excellent, not crowded.

Check-in could have been better. Maybe I had confused them by booking in two names, not sure. It would help if they gave a hard copy of the room service menu - like so many places nowadays, the menu was available by scanning QR-codes. This is sometimes not easy for us older customers to do.

The room had the iconic view of Marina Bay and the Quays. Breakfast was wonderful; afternoon tea had real scones with clotted cream and jam. Cocktails or mocktails at cocktail hour, with an excellent selection of snacks from the chef. All the staff were exceedingly polite, even the cleaners greeted us, and asked us to tell them if we needed anything. An odd detail, but, as we were leaving, a family of otters was playing undisturbed in the carpark. Kudos to the hotel and congratulations to Singapore; it shows how clean the water is.

Pool could be cooler!

Had a brilliant 2 nights here before travelling to Bali. Staff are great and we were treated to an upgrade for our anniversary which had a fantastic view over the marina bay sans. The underground walking connections are great. Location of this hotel is perfect - 20-25 min walk gets you to most of the top tourist attractions in Singapore.

The water flow in one of the basins in the toilet takes very long to flow down. Room 205.

It's was my husband's birthday and I've booked a standard Esplanade viee room & we've gotten a pleasant surprise from the hotel with a complimentary upgrade to loft suite room. This is definitely a very delightful gift from them.

We were a little early - 2pm - but had to wait until well after 3pm to get into our room which was a little disappointing.

Generously sized rooms. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom. I love that the building has been repurposed as a hotel. Because of the size, it was a little impersonal.

Staying here can be very expensive, depending on when you go. I went during a slower season and found tremendous value in my stay.

The Fullerton is a beautiful hotel in an ideal location. The "tunnel" that leads to its sister hotel, Fullerton By The Bay, is convenient. I enjoyed strolling to the Landing Point, a lounge overlooking the Marina Bay Sands, for a glass of wine and a snack. I woke up early each day and walked along the bay and the river, then had morning swims before having a delicious breakfast at The Fullerton. It's a nice 25-minute walk along the bay to Marina Bay Sands. The coffee in the room was of high quality, and my room was very comfortable. I can't wait to go back.

I could not fault any aspect of the facility or its service - equal to the best I have experienced anywhere [Intercontinental, Ritz, Westin St Francis, Mandarin Oriental, "W" , Four Seasons etc]

Spacious, comfortable , quiet suite with lovely view over Marina Bay. Ample storage ,connectivity and full service availability. Straits Club membership well worthwhile - thank you for your service Ryan. Indeed, all staff were excellent. Central CBD location and proximity to main shopping malls a bonus. This hotel is an Historic Monument - deservedly so ! It also deserves its place as one of the best hotels in the World.

We found the staff in the restaurant more focused on being efficient than being friendly. The bath area didn’t have any body wash, shampoo & conditioner as the shower had all these but they were attached to the shower wall. The bed was not comfortable and we found the pillows very hard (concierge did change to softer ones when requested). The balcony area was enclosed by a very high wall and not inviting to sit out on. We could have paid more per night for a view.

We liked the location of the hotel. The concierge was very helpful with any questions and they gave us different pillows when we requested softer ones due to others being too hard for us. The hotel was impeccably decorated and elegant in a beautiful building.

The room service food I had ordered truffle spaghetti for 2days continuously but the food portion and food presentation is different.

All staff of Fullerton hotel were very kind, friendly, helpful and professional. Room is clean, mattress is comfortable and spacious
