Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

Our entire stay in Singapore was unforgettable, largely thanks to the exceptional level of both elegant and unique Fullerton hotels. They are completely different; the first feels like you’re in Monaco, while the second has a stylish modern design, but both are equally splendid, and we recommend trying a bit of both. Although it may not look like it in pictures, the pool at The Fullerton is more exotic and beautiful, featuring an infinity pool, while the breakfast area and breakfast itself are more interesting and refined at the Fullerton Bay Hotel. A minor complaint is the limited menu at the Lantern bar, which is a must-visit iconic spot. We will definitely come back!

The hotel has exceeded our expectations and we loved staying here! The hotel team was very accommodating with our booking after our flight got cancelled and we’ve arrived a day late and they made sure our room was ready upon arrival in the morning. We had dining credit to spend which we could use towards breakfast and there was a really good selection of food, including chefs making fresh omelettes for you. Definitely recommend staying here! It’s right next to the Marina so it’s very easily accessible to the city

New ZealandWe had a 200 dollar dining credit, so we excitedly went to the Signature Reserve - only after did they tell us that, despite being in the hotel, they were not part of the hotel, so we couldn't use our credit. Also, i wish i had known that I could use my credit at the fullerton bay, which was amazing.
This was the most pristinely clean hotel/place i have ever seen - it was spectacular! Very comfortable, stunning building, pool, location.

AustraliaThe doorman ,when we were leaving did not listen to me i requested a taxi , as we were walking to the left as theas the drop off area was busy he had loaded our bags into a private transport Van . We told the doorman that we needed to pay by card. The driver took us to the airport then demanded cash. We had no cash left so i had to find a ATM to pay the $60 SGD the minimum amount I could withdraw was $200 SGD with a cost of $45 dollars to convert the currency. This experience spoilt our stay at the Fullerton.
