Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The room is comfortable for a 2 nights stay. Staffs are efficient, friendly and accommodating. Hot shower with good water pressure and the lighting is also great. The hotel is very conveniently located with lots of food options nearby whether fast food, hawker or nice upscale restaurant. It is surrounded by MRT stations - Bencoolen and Rochor which makes travelling to Orchard, Marina Sands and Harbourfront all very easy. Will be my choice whenever I come to visit Singapore.

Qatarresto are not available in the hotel, no slippers, expensive laundry service and no iron for clothes.
The location is walking distance in mrt station, bugis street, and resto. The staff is very polite and helpful. For the space of room are good for the prize that i paid. and everything its great and clean and you got everyday complimentary items everyday . Thumb up

PortugalWindows throughout the hotel are left open therefore making the whole hotel hot. Noise insulation between room could be better to provide a quiet stay.
A clean and tidy hotel We asked for firm beds having seen other comments and got them. The room was just large enough with shower unit big enough for probably six people. Efficient and quiet. air conditioning which was surprisingly quiet in operation.
