We found the beds quite hard and uncomfortable.

The fresh water pool was beautiful and the location was excellent. The view from our rooms was also nice, looking out over the ocean and watching all the ships come and go from the port. Everything on the island was easy to access and so close to the beach. Unfortunately, due to the oil spill we weren't able to swim at the beach but it looked like would be a nice place to have a swim and so close to the resort. The breakfast was good value for money! Access to the monorail was great as we could go to the mainland anytime. The rooms are basic but comfortable enough. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's an eco resort so big on sustainability and it was interesting to walk around the grounds and read all the information provided. Having kids, it would have been nice if there was food/drinks available by the pool like many other resorts we have been to, however, I don't know if this is not common in Singapore or just not encouraged at the resort to reduce staffing, rubbish ect. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone with kids who is looking for a relaxed resort environment close to the beach and attractions of Sentosa Island.

Disappointed with the view & the room. We booked an oceans room view. The ocean view was mostly covered with a lot of trees so you could see very little of it. On top of that, the window screens are so dirty from the outside, you can barely see things through the cloudy window. The furniture in the room looked so old and run down and the showering place is very small. No hand towels provided. There were also spiders in the room that we were trying to shoo off.

Location is great. It's in the middle of all the happening bars - beach is just in front. 7/11 just below if you need anything. Walking distance to some food outlets. The swimming pool & the waterfall is the highlight

We had a little trouble on arrival as the person on reception would not believe me that we had already paid even after I explained that there had been an issue with booking.com and we had paid directly. Luckily a colleague had a proper look at the system and verified this payment. As we were tired from our long flight and it was late this could have turned into an unpleasant conversation. I would appreciate if you could ensure that staff know how to confirm payment correctly.

The pool is amazing and you are in a great location. We liked the integration with nature as well. We had an issue with paying via Booking.com but your staff sorted this out for us by providing a direct payment link and confirming this.

When we check-in, d WiFi is Not ready. Not connected 2 d T.V. We hv 2 called 4 service/maintenance staff 2 help 🙁 No one help us get connected 🙁 Our HP also hv trouble getting d Wifi signal 🙁 Would appreciate if d management look into this.

Wat i like - is d innovative, creative bathroom door. Can be used both way 👍 idea 💡 Also d Forest fragrance bath gel (tube size) too small. But better then d bottle bath gel

Room was too pricey. No one attended the Roof top hydro therapy tub issues in time. The hotel even refused to give a water bottle post checkout before leaving the property. No bell boys to help with luggage transfer to rooms.
