Slow staff for cleaning the room and it was sad that the gym was under renovation

Very little facilities in room, only two teabags, no milk or cold water provided in fridge. No view, only buildings. Uncomfortable bed and noisy renovations.

Location, and the staff did their best to be helpful and accommodating. Bed was uncomfortable so a topper was provided making it a little better. Noisy renovations were disappointing but I'm sure will be lovely when finished.

My room payment and deposit charges were confused. The process was unclear. The bathroom is clean and spacious, but due to the age of the building, there is a constant odour from the pipe/drainage.

The room size is good in view of its central location. It has a nice view to the sea, a good bed and a large bathroom. The pillows are a bit too firm and round. Although there are four pillows, none actually works for me. The room is very clean, decoration a bit tired but everything is functional. The coffee machine is a bit puzzling to operate. The staff is always helpful and smiley, especially a female employee named Sheryll. She is extremely observant and highly customer-oriented with a personalized touch. She has the magic to make her guests feel special.

We had a problem on the morning of our checkout.We didn't have any hot water.We did report it & a workman came to have a look.He then checked out the hot water services & said it was ok & that someone would be there at 1pm to have another look at fixing the issue.We reported it again as we checked out.We were informed that there were a number of rooms without hot water in the morning, but it should have been back on by then.They were very apologetic. Unfortunately we had to have a cold shower that day.It would have been good if we could have been given some type of room to shower in or given another room for the morning. There is a lot of work going on downstairs atm & i wonder if there was a workman who may have done something to the hot water system or the thermostat by mistake,that affected the hot water as we weren't the only room with the same problem.

The room was in a very good location.It was very modern inside.We paid extra to have a room overlooking Marina Bay which was worth it. We arrived at 11.45 am & was given the room immediately which was very nice & appreciated.Also we were allowed to have a checkout of 1 pm.

Renovations in the lobby were very loud! Couldn’t be heard from our room but very intrusive in the lobby area.

Under going renovations at moment which they hope to be fully completed by February 2025, however this is super organised and although parts were boarded up, we were not impacted by any noise or dust from the work. Main pool area was closed, but there was the smaller pool option for guests.

Mostly a few small additions would complete room & bathroom layout . Space in bathroom very tight especially when attempting to close door little space between toilet & door . Also bathroom needs another couple to well hooks near basin to hang hand towel & possibly washer . Bedroom needs another cupboard with 1 or 2 drawers under to allow sufficient space to place clothing into when unpacking suitcase & luggage space on top as only space currently for 1 suitcase 🥴🥴 Finally suggest add small bedside table unit for each side of bed with 1 drawer under & space or rack below to put shoes on 👍👍 These few changes would I believe would finish off room furnishing better however only way to solve the very tight space in bathroom would be to change large door to maybe a bi fold door .

Location perfect in the centre of Singapore Hotel rooms have been completely refurbished so new beds , modern interior , fresh & clean appearance 😁😁

Decided to eat breakfast in hotel. Renovations are underway. Having negotiated our way to the current area. We asked for the cost of the buffet breakfast and we were told not to worry. No menu or price card in sight. The food was okay and then the Bill was presented- Aud 104. Not happy. For a serve of scrambled eggs, over cooked bacon, and very ordinary coffee.

Check in was excellent with an excellent assistant.

On a few occasions, we'd leave the room in the morning and switch on the 'clean room' switch. When we came back to the room in the afternoon, the room was still not made up. We rang the appropriate people and they said that they would send someone up to clean the room. We then went down to the pool for an hour or so and when we came back, the room still wasn't cleaned. We rang again and this time the cleaning staff did attend. The cleaners did do a good job in cleaning, however it was a tad disappointing that when we cam back after a few hours, the room wasn't made up.

The location of the hotel is excellent...easy walking distance to many locations nearby. While there are renovations currently happening, it wasn't a problem for us and only a minor inconvenience. The staff member Premala (reception) provided excellent and friendly service. We did have a problem with a badly leaking shower in our first room (recently renovated), we spoke to Premala about this problem and she relocated us to a better room in the Excelsior building, for which we were very grateful.
