Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SingaporeIt may be better to have a sliding door instead of the typical door between the rooms (common & sleeping areas) This is because I have a young child who keeps moving between the rooms and I have to keep opening and closing the door for her. And if I use the door stopper, the door partially blocks the walkway to the toilet. The door handles may also pose as a potential hazard for a young child when and manoeuvring around that area with this arrangement.
The location is very convenient and the room is spacious.

The staffs are friendly and ever ready to assist with your luggage upon arrival. Location near to mall. 5 minutes walking to Star Performing Arts Centre. Room is clean & tidy. Nice view overlooking Nanyang Technology University.

SingaporeThere is no bidet in the bathroom. It is a necessity as some culture do require them. There was only one lady doing the housekeeping. Would be wonderful if the food being catered to is halal certified.
Everything was fine. Front desk was very friendly and greeted with a smile. Really appreciate the gesture as it was my daughter’s bday.
