Went to the buffet lunch but it wasn't the full buffet as advertised on the website and was charged the same amount (the staff didn't inform us that it would cost the same or the buffet will not be the full buffet). Access to Studio26 was not convenient - had to take the lifts that were on the opposite side to the ones we needed to use for our room/level, and the lifts are super slow.

Great location. Room view was good. Room was clean but the bathroom could be better (mould present). Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very expensive to eat breakfast and at the sushi restaurant- not a complaint but more of an observation.

The hotel is amazing and the lobby is spectacular- pool area was great as well.

The only complaint we had was the mini fridge. We were unable to put our own drinks or refreshments as it was filled with the mini bar items. All in all it was a minor problem but it can perhaps affect families who need to store children's milk or food.

We have always enjoyed staying at Pan Pacific. Their rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was just comfortable and we had a good night sleep and continue to stay in bed after breakfast. That was how relaxed we were. With the recent upgrading, it has definitely been a plus point, and we can't wait to try the new rooms. The location was accessible to the nearby shopping centres and we were able to visit MBS by taking the train via promenade station.

Room cost is a bit expensive. Not accepting Debit Cards for incidental. Breakfast ends up being too expensive once you add the extra 21% tax and service charge.

The room smell musty when we first check in. There was a sport bra left behind the curtain. Maybe the housekeeping missed it during the last cleaning. The toilet is not so 'Muslim friendly'' because there is no bidet. And lastly the hotel is not able to produce me an invoice for my accommodation. The reason was because I booked thru 3rd party. I hope I can get the invoice ASAP either from the hotel or Booking.com I need it urgently.

The counter staff is very friendly. The room is fitted with nice new furniture. Everything else in the room also looked new and workable except for the iron board. The iron board stand was slightly bent.

SPA working hours from 11am to 8pm... I don't know why :) Prices are high but I guess that's related to Singapore as city in term of room sizes as well.

location is perfect, away from orchard noise and crowed. Linked to three malls, 20min walking distance to Merlion park and 25min to MBS. Nice staff and clean rooms (just needs to pay more attention to cleanliness of bed sheet, coffee machines and kettles)

The first room we were allocated was not in line with the booking of "newly furbished" and within a few minutes the damp foul odour and mould fumes triggered an asthma attack however staff very quickly changed this and agreed the stench and air was unhealthy despite the very clean appearance.. After the room change everything improved.They followed up to check that my partner was feeling better.Superb staff +++ marks

Breakfast was not included and for the price I feel it should have been. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to be helpful.Special accolades to Roxanne and TJ who supported us trying to locate missing property and following up with phone calls.

Could be easily one of my top 3 hotel but unfortunately there is dust visible around the power socket areas which can be clean up beforehand. But overall still I have a very enjoyable stay with my family. Thank you Pan Pacific......

The counter staff,namely Roxanne was so pleasant and calm when doing the transactions of the checking in/out. Her customer service was so excellent and very professional. Good job and well done. One day will again book and stay in this hotel.

We arrived about 8.30am after a 15 hour flight from Paris and there were no facilities where we could open our suitcases and get out some cooler clothing which we had to do behind the concierges desk. When asked where there was a bathroom we were sent to the toilets adjacent to the swimming pool on the 2nd floor and had to change in a toilet cubicle.

The room was musty. Even though I got a change of room when requested, the new room was the same. Had to resort to wearing a mask in the room. Carpeted floors not good.

The staff was excellent. Filtered water in room. Good location. Hotel was clean. I was able to use lobby area after checkout. They had facilities to bathe after checkout which was good but don't expect too much as it was like a clubhouse shower and change. No personal space.
