Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaVery minor - the shampoo/soap/conditioner wasn't great. It seems like the refilled the bottles with a poor quality product.
We stayed for the F1, it was a 10-12 minute walk to our gate / suntec. Easy to get grabs or to go to the MRT to go where we wanted. Loved being able to walk across the road and get food from arab st. The pool table and massage chairs were a nice touch. 7-11 located near lobby. Very useful having a washer/drier. We had a great view of the flyer. We didnt't try the breakfast, pool or gym but looks decent and nice to know it's there if you need it.

My stay at pan pac was nothing short of fantastic! Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which really set the tone for a great experience. The upgraded room was spacious, and came with stunning views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had high-end toiletries and a luxurious rain shower. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The little details, like the complimentary good brand like TWG coffee drinks in the room, made a big difference. Service was impeccable—every staff member I encountered was warm, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. The location was ideal, close to both local attractions and dining spots. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a first-class experience with outstanding service and excellent amenities. Hong KongDifficult to adjust the water temperature in the bathroom’s shower. Needed to pump hard to get a good amount of soap out of the bottles. The sofa seats are too soft n it is very low. Preferred to have 4 dinning chairs since the table is big enough to fit 4.
Staff is willing to help and friendly. Kitchen is of a good size. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice with good spreads of dishes and the food is tasty. The staff at the restaurant is efficient n nice to talk to….i had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific n highly recommend my friends to stay there. Requested for a vase to put my fresh flowers n they were willing to provide me one.

Lovely and well equipped rooms, which were comfortable and clean. Love having a robe and slippers. The pool is splendid and great in the Singapore heat. Good air conditioning throughout.

SingaporeThere was no bidet in the room (their washrooms on level 2 and pool level had bidets though, but it's a hassle to leave your room every time you want to use a bidet), and the tv wasn't a smart tv (but that's just a minor gripe, you can connect it to your phone)
First of all, it was a fast and convenient process for check-in because of the online registration. The location is close to haji lane & a short distance from mrt, which is also convenient. The kitchen was good to cook 3x meals a day. Most importantly, staff were super friendly and attentive. I visited for my birthday vacation, but made no mention of it during check in. On my birthday, they left a small cake and a card wishing me happy birthday in the room. Lovely surprise!
