The air conditioning in the room for some reason is not as cold as the living room. Feel like when we adjust the temp (one central controller), the room air cons will either be too cold or feel warm

I got an upgrade on my room but upon entering, it seemed exactly like the room that I had booked, unless the city view is being considered an upgrade. The breakfast area can be bigger for the size of this property and can include some items for vegetarians in the breakfast.

The location of this hotel is really nice. Just a few minutes walk to the BUGIS MRT station. The rooms are nice,spacious and very well equipped kitchen. The bathroom allows sunlight to enter which is really nice. The rooftop swimming pool is very good and has some aqua exercise equipment. The lounge on the second floor is a good place to hang out with a pool table and two massage chairs.

Great staff, clean room, live the location. Nearby eateries and 5-10 mins walk to MRT Bugis. There’s a 7E across the road, and an express bus stop (Eltabina)across too. I love it that this service suite is complete with washing machine, dryer and all. The hotel even provided dish washing liquid and a clean sponge, and soap for clothes. They left a surprise cake in the fridge and a birthday card for my husband, how lovely and thoughtful! thank you very much Pan Pacific Suites Beach Road. I will definitely be coming back! ❤️❤️❤️

Very few dislikes the pool could have done with some more seating, Room around the pool was limited. Very minor issue.

The room had separate bedroom and lounge making it feel spacious and comfortable. All amenities were available in the room and the daily service of the room fantastic

We didn't have a good experience with breakfast, which is something we highly value in hotels. On the first day, in the middle of the breakfast room, the employee came to tell us that we didn't have the right to breakfast, in front of everyone, which was a little embarrassing. Then he went to confirm and mentioned that we could eat as much as we wanted, as they offered breakfast. I later went to confirm the reservation with the staff and the breakfast was indeed included. Another very unpleasant thing is that they start packing breakfast about 20-30 minutes before it ends (this happened on the 2 days of our stay). On the first day we couldn't eat eggs and we didn't have any bread. On the second day we went early and had to quickly choose everything as they started to pack up quickly. In addition to the breakfast times, the pool closing times are also not respected. We tried to go to the pool one night and arrived 10 minutes before closing time, and the access to the pool was denied because "the lights had already been turned off". Very unpleasant. Additionally, there was a hygiene kit already open in the room.

The hotel is in a relatively central and safe area of ​​Singapore (the city is very big, so everything is very far away. It is not close to Marina Bay but it is close to several shops, cafes and restaurants). The suite was large, with a good kitchen and living room. The room was not very big but it was sufficient, with windows on all the walls, which allowed an excellent view. The bathroom was also good. The pool was large, with an incredible view of the city, although it is in the shade relatively early.
