Provided the Good Services. Room is clean and comfortable The Room space is big and enough for 3 peoples even is 2 single bedrooms Provided shower bath sets and nice hand cream. Suggestion and provide for welcome drink.

Roon don't have any water to drink ...Just only got water bottle. to refill the water.... if the room got water for customer to drink is better.. And The fridge also not cold ... if any Traveler. Own self buy water bring back to the room.. put inside the Fridge also not cold... everyone hope 🙏 will be better

The beddings could be more neatly arranged. TV programme is limited, not so fantastic for staycation with children.

Perfect location at the start of Orchard Road - 5mins to MRT and bus stop outside hotel. Supermarket opposite and restaurants & bars within building. Room on 7th floor was excellent, much bigger than I expected for Singapore. Very comfy bed, seating area and separate bathroom. 2 balconies - overlooking pool and Orchard Road. Pool on 6th floor large and really nice, surrounded by plants and flowers, plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas, shower facilities etc. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely come back again.

No hot water for a shower the last 2 days of my stay.

Location, multiple choices of restaurants nearby, spacious bathroom and room, mugs for coffee and tea so much better than small cups, easy check- in, check out .

The room wasn’t too sound proof. I could hear people closing doors in middle of the night and them talking in their rooms which is just next to me. The door of the room would be much better if it can close slowly on their own. It was a slam and I got a shock of it. Also, there were some parts of the floor which creak and felt like a small cave in.

It’s near shopping malls, feel pretty luxurious, bed and pillow were very soft and comfortable. The room was very spacious with 2 balcony. One overlooking the pool and the other I could see the big LED sign board. My kid has plenty of space to run and expand his energy!

Opposite the hotel there was some renovation going on and some noise can still be heard

The location is great since is near orchard. When heard upon it was my first stay here i got a free complimentary breakfast as well which i did not expected it as well !

Hotel is a bit dated and had problems opening the room door so much so I had to go back to the lobby twice before one hotel employee followed me up to the room to "break into" the room as the room door's lock's battery was dead. Probably should teach your cleaning crew to check for this so it doesn't happen again.

The rooms were really old. The first room we were given was really old and musty. I complained and we were upgraded to a fresher, larger room, but overall, the pictures don't give a fair picture of the state of the hotel.
