We've got free upgrade to Junior suite. The resort was clean incl the room. Love the smell when entering the entrance. The signature body massage was excellent. My masseur, Rin was very professional and skillful.

Our room was upgraded by friendly staff without even us asking for it. We really appreciated this. our room was clean and hotel is 2 min walking distance to monorail station which takes you to all the attractions of Sentosa. We will defo go back next year.

Location is great across the monorail. Pool is small but nice for families with small children. Bed was comfortable. Suite is nice comfortable and spacious.

The cleanliness of the room was not very well. The size of the room was a bit small The room had only nescafe and green tea, and when I called room service to ask for black tea the staff member had a very rude attitude, he replied we dont offer black tea and if you want you can pay for it.

The hotel was infront of the tram station and a small market, along with starbucks. The hotel gives you free access for the tram to reach the nearby destinations in Sentosa island.

My son is gluten and dairy intolerant so breakfast was challenging for him as there wasn’t obvious options to substitute items. The staff were good at trying to cater to our needs, but it did make us feel like we were being an inconvenience. It would be nice if there was gluten free bread available.

Fantastic location just opposite the monorail station which made getting around Sentosa very easy.

The premier room with courtyward is unique but mosquitoe outdoor at courtyard area. Should include ceiling fan at the courtyard …-‘as it is a nice spacious place to chill apart from the heat & mossie

We were on the top floor which was the 3rd floor, but it was really loud with the sounds of moving furniture at times. Steakhouse was super expensive!

Small. Missing a genuine touch. Felt disappointed - we requested for a cake and birthday decor but none of these were provided. Instead email says deco can be done subjected to availability and some complimentary servings will be placed in room. If you cannot provide them, in future please make it very clear in the communication, as this lead me to think our requests have been heard. But to our surprise no birthday cake nor deco was provided. I would have appreciated a clear communication so that we can make our own arrangements, and not have a disappointing outcome. Providing fruits and coconut water isn’t exactly a good idea of a celebration.

Comfortable room. Helpful, welcoming staff. The monorail and daily QR code was a real help, and we enjoyed the proximity to the walk down to the shore, towards the heights and towards the pedestrian entrance to Sentosa. We also enjoyed the swimming pools. The breakfast was tasty.

Shower filled up with water, the shower head was low to the floor. One of the bathroom sinks was blocked. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Staff were not really helpful. Breakfast was a nightmare, slow, messed up orders. Bedrock Bar and Grill dinner, Chef served a rare steak instead of med/ well. Extremely overpriced meals. Definitely not worth the money they charge considering we paid a S$200 deposit, still to be released, and $670 per night for the junior suite for 4 nights. If you are a 4.5 star resort and charge these prices then you need to deliver exceptional services. Very disappointed.

The bell-boys were clumsy and dropped many guests belongings while transporting the bags to the room plus thet never held the door for guests, including myself who had to struggle to open doors while carrying things and a baby while they just walked by. But the most atrocious thing is that if you’re unable to answer the door (ie: in the toilet or something) the service staff will just use their card to open your room door. This happened at 10pm on my last night while my baby was sleeping and I was in the toilet. The guy knocked on the door loudy twice and then used his card to open my door and come in. Only to ask if I needed new towels. It was 10pm and my daughter woke up and was afraid to go back to sleep. I felt very unsafe after that and had to block the door with a chair (there is no chain lock on their doors). Scary and terrible experience. The breakfast is not a buffet but a pricey ala carte menu that didn’t taste very good.

The hotel is just steps away from the Imbiah monorail station which is super convinient. The pipe in music at Bedrock Origin during breakfast was excellent. The check-in staff were friendly and so kind to my 2 year old daughter.
