Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The room was compact and just the right size for 1 person. Two would have fit well too but it was perfect for one. The location was great. Lots of good hawkers a few steps from the hotel and it was centrally located. Bed and pillows were comfy. Breannfast was yummy and well balanced.

Australiacafe attached to hotel not advising guests that tax was not included in the breakfast prices, no clear instructions on how to arrive at the hotel location, we went to Lavender station which was an obstacle course to get to hotel, to find that Bendemeer was much more luggage friendly. Pool closed at 9pm despite much of Singapore open til 10pm. Most suitcases now open in the middle to pack both halves, this is unable to be achieved on the outdated luggage racks in the room.

Spotlessly clean, modern with good facilities including rooftop pool and lounge area. Good location between Singapore Expo and City area, with MRT station close by and lots within walking distance. Pretty good food selection and deal including breakfast was worthwhile. Friendly and helpful staff.

IndiaRoom was very small. There are NOOO WARDROBE/CUPBOARD to unpack your clothes. Literally we had to pack/unpack the suitcase every time when we had to get dressed. Hotel staffs didn’t provide us with cutleries and plates for dinner, since we got it from outside. We went with a 2 year old kid. Warm milk was not provided even after asking multiple times, I had to rely on 7-11 for warm milk every night.
Location. Hotel is located just 3kms from the Marina Bay sands/Merlion park/Orchard road. 500m from both Lavendar MRT station and Bendemeer MRT station. Within 300m, there are two bus stops - where the buses to CBD/Marina Bay area comes at a frequency of 5-7mins Lots of affordable restaurants within 200m radius (thai, chinese, korean, indian, japanese, continental) Two 7-11 within 300m radius Breakfast buffet WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE. Buffet had close to 18-20 different dishes. We stayed there for 5 days and every days there was a new menu. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet spread.
