The bed and pillow is very comfortable.The hotel upgrade us to the room with balcony which is a bonus though the view is not nice. There is a swing chair at the balcony The pool is big and long. Is a roof top pool very nice.

The rooms could be better sound proofed. Sometimes late at night when someone outside in the corridor rings the doorbell, you can hear it clearly as if it was the doorbell to your room.

Great location, breakfast included (not a big spread but they do change up the variety), staff were helpful and courteous, bed was comfy.

I wish they were some cupboard space. There was a rack with hangars to hang my clothes but I prefer a little wardrobe.

The ac tended to be either too warm or too cold. The shower area was a bit cramped.

The room was compact and just the right size for 1 person. Two would have fit well too but it was perfect for one. The location was great. Lots of good hawkers a few steps from the hotel and it was centrally located. Bed and pillows were comfy. Breannfast was yummy and well balanced.

cafe attached to hotel not advising guests that tax was not included in the breakfast prices, no clear instructions on how to arrive at the hotel location, we went to Lavender station which was an obstacle course to get to hotel, to find that Bendemeer was much more luggage friendly. Pool closed at 9pm despite much of Singapore open til 10pm. Most suitcases now open in the middle to pack both halves, this is unable to be achieved on the outdated luggage racks in the room.

I had no dislikes. The Hotel was as expected for the price.

The Hotel was very suitable for the price. Room very clean and comfortable. Not a large room but sufficient. Breakfast was adequate and had the essentials required for an international western traveller. Rooftop pool was also a good size.

“Twin beds” in room were too close together for non-couple sharing a room for several days.

Spotlessly clean, modern with good facilities including rooftop pool and lounge area. Good location between Singapore Expo and City area, with MRT station close by and lots within walking distance. Pretty good food selection and deal including breakfast was worthwhile. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was very small for a 4* hotel. We did not have any place for our luggage. The breakfast was rich but most of the food was asian like the majority of the tourists and I must eat only unhealthy european food, like sweets.

There is construction works near the hotel, so it's abit noisy. So if possible, choose the other side

Overall, the room could have been a bit cleaner: the floor was dusty and there were marks on the walls.

Staff were friendly. Rooms are small but comfortable. Excellent location with plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

Room was very small. There are NOOO WARDROBE/CUPBOARD to unpack your clothes. Literally we had to pack/unpack the suitcase every time when we had to get dressed. Hotel staffs didn’t provide us with cutleries and plates for dinner, since we got it from outside. We went with a 2 year old kid. Warm milk was not provided even after asking multiple times, I had to rely on 7-11 for warm milk every night.

Location. Hotel is located just 3kms from the Marina Bay sands/Merlion park/Orchard road. 500m from both Lavendar MRT station and Bendemeer MRT station. Within 300m, there are two bus stops - where the buses to CBD/Marina Bay area comes at a frequency of 5-7mins Lots of affordable restaurants within 200m radius (thai, chinese, korean, indian, japanese, continental) Two 7-11 within 300m radius Breakfast buffet WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE. Buffet had close to 18-20 different dishes. We stayed there for 5 days and every days there was a new menu. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet spread.
