Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location is very central and perfect for Grand Prix weekend with many gates very close. While we didn’t have a track view room we could easily see parts of the track and the main stage where they had after race performers. All staff were amazing.

SwitzerlandShower is extremly small and shower system is a bit cheap. Light in Bathroom is not enough for the cosmetic mirror. Design in bathroom does`t fit (cheap, idealess) to the room and hotel. Pool area is standard (boring) and doesn`t fit to the great design of the hotel. During F1 you are locked at the hotel and can only escape on foot or with an expensive transport of the hotel.
Hotel Architecture is great! Breakfast is great! Rooms are large enough and good equipped. View to Skyline is super. Water filter for refill water in the room is a great idea.

United KingdomThe only thing we didn’t like was the fact that in the morning there’s several cages of birds dotted around the food court. We don’t agree with animals being caged unnecessarily and this practice felt totally unnecessary and would suggest that the hotel doesn’t do this please.
The decor is stunning, the location is within an easy walk of the sights. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious.

New ZealandExpensive drinks at the pool. $25 a 330ml bottle beer after you added their 10% service fee and gst. We purchased 2 x 500ml cans at the 7/11 for $8.50 for both. If the drinks werent so expensive, we would have had more. Alot of noise from the traffic. Also contractors putting up steel bollards for the F1 race at 3am in the morning was not ideal. I understand this is out of PR Collections control, but would rather have stayed somewhere quieter, if we had known in advance.

The staff were lovely, very friendly, it was a beautiful hotel, nice rooms, clean, big pool area that was never crowded. The breakfast buffet was huge. We had a lovely stay with no complaints

SingaporeUpon reaching hotel, the Bellman was kind to offer to bring our luggage up to our room as we had our hands full with baby n stuff. However, the luggage was not sent to our room after hours. We had to make 2-3 calls to front desk n Concierge but no one knew where our luggage was. In the end, I went down to find the Bellman and brought up my luggage to my room instead. We have requested for baby cot but it was not sent to the room. We had to make 1-2 calls to front desk to request for it.
It was long queue during registration but the wait wasn’t long. Fruit juice was even offered for waiting guests. Room was nice, clean and with a side bed. Bed was comfy and coffee,tea all available in the room. Great location as it’s just a walk away to Marina Square. Able to see fireworks during NDP at swimming pool floor.

The location was very convenient. Close to 3 MRT stations and also you can access Marina Square Mall via the hotel and also Suntec City. I had the best views of the Marina Bay Sands, Flyer and Merlion. I watched the Gardens by the Bay light show from my room. Also Spectra at MBS.
