I had booked the accommodation for the Formula1 weekend in SG, initially was quite concerned that we would not get a room with a good view. However, after a couple of calls with the hotel, was provided with a high-floor room overlooking Turns 7 and 14, and facing the Padang. Absolutely bowled over!

A tiny improvement could be breakfast. The food options and quality were great. We changed our times for attending breakfast thinking another time would be quieter but it seemed very busy, non-stop, and appeared hard for staff to keep some options topped up. Not a big issue at all but I've not been in a hotel like this where you needed to queue to wait for a table and then wait for food to be topped up. Quite minor, of course.

We liked everything about this hotel. It met our expectations and more. We enjoyed the facilities. The location was great - easy access and close to Marina Bay and MRT options were so close. The room was great and well serviced. The vibe of the hotel was positive and inviting. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the atmosphere.

It lacked powerpoints in the room. There was only one powerpoint beside each bed. None in the bathroom and none anywhere else in the room. It would have been good to have a powerpoint and USB charging points on the wall beside the TV. It would also be good to have a "cheap and cheerful" dining option. Something more casual and low key, offering things like pizza or quick noodle dishes and a bowl of ice-cream. We weren't overly hungry each night but needed a little something and each dining option seemed too much - we did not want a big buffet or an expensive steak and we did not want to leave the hotel to go searching for cheap and cheerful dining options (for a variety of reasons).

The plant-based decor. The variety of dining options was good. The food was excellent. The staff were fabulous. So very friendly and kind-hearted. The room was terrific with a lovely view. the bed was very comfortable.

Three times I didn't get the coffee I ordered when I arrived for breakfast. There's no scale in the room. The lighting in the bathroom by the mirror is insufficient. The bottom of the bathtub is uncomfortable. The bidet nozzles are moldy.

Very nice hotel. Nice view of Marina Bay. Nice gym and fitness room. Interesting TV channels of all genres including HBO. Shopping Malls opposite and next to the hotel. Near Gardens by the Bay.

We had a wonderful stay at ParkRoyal Marina Collection with my family. The hotel has such a unique and calming garden theme, which made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The location is great, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The staff at the reception were warm and welcoming, and check-in was quick and smooth. A special mention to Mr. Syed, who was so helpful during breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed. The Peppermint restaurant offered a variety of delicious halal breakfast options. It was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend it !!

The toilet was too big, didn't have any features like a grab bar in the shower area or extra space to put personal items.

There was no coffee machine in the room and only 2 sachets of instant coffee provided each day. The shower was small and the large lever tap installed in the shower used up another foot of space. While showering you kept hitting the leaver which either changed the water temperature or water pressure. A bad design inclusion using that tap. There was nowhere to hang the towel while using the shower, except over the shower door. It might be legislation not to have power points any more in bathrooms, but there were not many in the room and certainly none near a mirror. This made it difficult to use hairdryers and straightening irons. Obviously designed by a male.

The location was great and the staff, bars and cafe’s were fantastic.

I asked about the caged birds that appeared in the mornings. Although the sound of birds was lovely I don't like to see birds in cages. I was assured that they are well cared for and taken back to the bird sanctuary every day but recordings of birdsong would achieve the same purpose perhaps?

The staff were very professional and efficient. The space within the hotel is impressive and beautifully designed.

The ParkRoyal at Marina Bay is a stunning hotel. I loved the forum with all the plants and song birds. A great deal of thought as been given to guest wellness and comfort. The staff where friendly and accommodating.

The prices for food and drink in the hotel was very expensive. Our flight had been delayed so we did not arrive till 8pm so decided to have a drink and snack in the hotel. Two beers each (4 in total) and a bowl of nachos with some chili in came to 135 dollars!

The room was very comfortable with an amazing view over Marina Bay.
