Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaWhile there was a wide variety of breakfast options they were fairly average, meats were often quite hard and didn't seem very freshly cooked.
The staff were great, very accommodating and hospitable in many situations, including holding ordered food at the reception for us and allowing us to change to a room with more light/better view. Room's were clean and constantly serviced which was nice. Spacious enough for two people and the TV had HDMI inputs for those wanting to display their media. Ordering a taxi was fairly easy from the lobby and hotel staff did assist you with this if necessary as well. Meals offered at the bar/restaurant (not the breakfast buffet) were also quite nice

Room, breakfast, cleanliness. Staff were very professional and helped us book taxis, and provided us some extra amnities, like comb and shaving kits. They were very sympathetic and gave us some extra time to stay on our check-out day when they learnt that I had a medical procedure done the previous day and was not feeling well.

Room is very clean. We love how you maintain the cleanliness !! Breakfast, though not much variety but delicious. The hotel is near bus station. It's comfortable with the young but not with the elderly. However, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again.

The room was clean,that was very important for my girlfriend. We realy enyoid the breakfast. there was a great variation of food. The location was also good. Not to far from the airport and the local Shopping mall.

AustraliaPool area needed more seating. Cleaning of rooms needs to be at a regular time each day so you could work out when you needed to be out for the cleaner. Location was not close to transport as you have to take a bus to the MRT. Would stay closer to the city centre next time.

United KingdomOnly two things. At breakfast the beans could have been warmer not really an issue . And the MRT should have been built nearer the hotel. But a good 15 min walk was easy.
Check in was very quick and easy as was directions to our room. Breakfast was good with a variety of food for all tastes. We had a couple of meals in the bar and had a drink there every night and were served by Kent Lin. This guy works so hard to make us welcome.

The breakfast selection was great! I love the spread in the buffet selection. The aircon was cranky and sometimes you’d wake up sweaty because the aircon was not cold enough or at a constant temperature.
