Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe room was comfortable and had complimentary water, cola and toiletries replenished daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was free fruit available throughout the hotel daily. Good location with bus stop outside hotel and hop on/off bus stop across the road. Access to lots of cafes/restaurants along the river via the back entrance of the hotel (all the way along to Robertson Quay). The hotel was clean and there was a good choice of breakfast food availability to suit all tastes. There is an outdoor pool on level 5 which was great for cooling off. There are pool towels and a selection of toiletries available (via a vending machine), a laundrette and toilets in the pool

New ZealandWe were overcharged for drinks on the 2nd night as happy hour prices were not applied. We had dinner in the Four Points Eatery and wanted to choose from the Mookata a la carte menu but the waitress did not know anything about it!
The room was comfortable and quiet. The buffet breakfast was good, although expensive.

Our Room size is good enough with our 2 kids. We enjoyed the snacks and fruits available at the hotel lobby and our room. Breakfast has got a lot of food choices. Customer Service is at it's best with our gift -food token for Mother's Day.

The river viewroom was really nice with really great view over the river. Great. The roomsize was ok, great view in the night at 18th floor. The location of the hotel was great, easy going by taxi/grab or gojek.

The receptionist checking me in was professional, fast and absolutely polite and friendly. Love the amenities in my room, especially the bed which is hard enough for my back. The condition of the toilet and shower was very clean, and I'm totally appreciative of the handheld bidet shower. I felt safe and secured in my room. A housekeeper who was busy cleaning another room along my floor, gave me a sincere greeting when I walked passed, and I felt so welcomed! Each of the banquet staff team was superbly polite, and respectful, professional and experienced at the same time. My guests were well taken care of. Thumbs up for all the crews for making my stay and dinner event at Four Points by Sheraton so awesome and memorable. Thank you!
