This hotel has the vibe of an upmarket hostel, in that it's colourful and youthful and had a nice bustling vibe. The area felt safe. Room was small, but perhaps this is typical for Singapore? Staff were pleasant and helpful and there is a cool little bar with natural wines and craft beers on the ground floor.

Area felt safe to walk around as a solo female traveller. Room is small for what you pay but maybe that’s just Singapore?

I did not like the way they separated the bathroom from the room. It's not properly sealed. So when I took showers, the water would leak out to my room. I also did not like how the tv did not come pre-loaded with channels. Overall it's not something extremely horrible but still, feels like not something to expect from a 4 star hotel

The staff were very friendly. I loved their initiatives to make less waste. I loved the common area. I loved the gym, laundry etc.

Room is a little small and amenities are too little. There isn't a fridge too and when I asked for ice, I was told to go to level 2 and it turned out to he a sharing space with strangers leaving groceries in the fridge???

However, the walls of the hotel transmit a lot of sound and I could not sleep comfortably. When the person in the next room entered the shower, it sounded as if he had entered my room.

The location of the hotel is close to the metro, you can easily reach anywhere you want.

Don't have breakfast can be just a simple bread or croissant.

The location was quite convenient, and walking to a tourist place, shopping mall, or MRT was easy. The room size is ok, but not that clean still have a lot of hair in my room. They don't provided breakfast here but have a restaurant just downstair.

The room was smaller than expected, there was only one way to sleep on the bed (only one side of the bed was accessible, the other side of the bed was attached to the wall). Would have been nice if water bottles were provided (but we did have the water dispenser in the room)

The location was superb, just 10 min walk to Bugis MRT and 5 min walk to Rochor MRT. Plenty of food options (Bugis Junction, shop houses). Staff were friendly and when I asked about the cleaning schedule, they wrote down the schedule to take note of, very considerate!

The absence of natural light from window (but it is impossible to find a room with a window in singapore I think)

Located near a metro station. The room is small but organized in a very smart way, it is very comfortable. There is a place for every thing. Air conditioning working properly, different blugs, hairdrier, shower gel and shampoo, slippers provided. I would return in this hotel.

That there’s no more breakfast when you book your stay here. That room cleaning happens on the third day of your stay.

Its location. I have been booking this hotel every time I go to SG. Easier check out now (using drop box). Common areas like the BOND facility. This is nice.

Fully cashless facility provided some degree of difficulty in terms of payments like laundry.

Hotel was self effecient and very clean. Housekeeping did a marvellous job with the facility cleanliness and rubbish management. Location was great and staff were very friendly. The checkin and checkout process was seamless and quick. Good job team!
