I'm not of fan of the duvet - here or elsewhere. I was often warm and either covered with that or nothing.

Check in was easy. The hotel is new and everything is in good condition. The rooms are all in the basement, which is a bit unusual, but in the end it didn't bother me not to have a window and it's actually great for quietness at night to sleep, as there's no street noise at all. USB ports were nice so I didn't need an plug adapter coming from USA. Breakfast was really good as is the restaurant in general for other meals. Housekeeping was great. I thought it was a very good value. Close to everying with a metro exit across the street.

The TV was not working or at least I did not manage to make it work. However, it was late so I did not try to resolve this.

I arrived late after a cancelled return flight. The check-in was straightforward and the breakfast well garnished. I checked out at 11am, leaving my luggage in the room. You can go to the roof terrace and have a snack there.

The bed sheets and the pillows were dirty when I went to bed on the first night. They were exchanged quickly, so that was fine. However, that should not have happened.

Breakfast was delicious, staff was super helpful and provided me with a desk in the room. They also allowed for early check-in.

The rooms were quiet and the bed was comfortable. Good location. It was nice to have the attached deli. I thought the room would be to warm for sleeping but it was okay.

It would be good to have some instruction about lighting system in the room. Interesting multiply solutions but not fully clear.

The location was great. Friendly staff. Great choice breakfasts. Very nice rooftop bar with city view. Clean and modern room.

The roof terrace looked better in the pictures than in real life. We had greater expectations than what we experienced on location.

We loved the design and modern ambiance as well as the common areas especially the ping pong! We also enjoyed the smart layout of the rooms and serenity. Breakfast was great and we really appreciated the DELI!

Note that the hotel itself is located underground, so there is no window to aerate the room.

We enjoyed the central location, the atmosphere at the hotel/open workspace. The concept is awesome: hotel, restaurant, workspace, little deli and an awesome rooftop. The breakfast was excellent!

It's just a personal preference, I would have liked the bathroom to be more separated from the room. The glass wall is not entirely see through but it doesn't allow for a lot of privacy.

The breakfast is great, the common spaces are really cool, the location is perfect. Loved the deli store and the cafe as well.

-The lobby area was dirty, with stains on the furniture -The waitstaff did not clean the breakfast tables regularly. Both times we visited, most tables were still covered with dirty dishes. -The receptionist provided insufficient directions to the nearest pharmacy.

- Early check-in was possible. - The underground location provides good insulation, making the room dark and quiet. - Good water pressure. - We enjoyed the breakfast. - Convenient option for dinner at the restaurant and a shop is available.

More hot food selections for vegetarians during breakfast; it'd be nice to eat something other than scrambled eggs every day.

Didn't know what to expect with a name like "Hotel with Urban Deli", but what a surprise it was to walk into a very chic and modern hotel in the heart of Stockholm! The room was small with little floor space, but had ample places to hang clothing and other items instead. Shower pressure was awesome and the toiletries provided from Rituals were super nice. Bed was pretty comfortable as well. Even though all the rooms were in the basement level, the sound insulation was fantastic. We rarely heard any of the other guests, so it was easy to get good sleep. Breakfast was pretty high quality; lots of fresh and whole foods. The salad bar was fantastic and so were the selection of breads and pastries. Was a great way to start the day. The common spaces were awesome as well -- the cafe area had lots of good seating for doing some remote work and it was nice to have coffee and drinks being served all day and through part of the evening. The deli was actually more of an upscale, boutique food store (like a fancier Whole Foods): expensive, but fun to browse through. Location was super convenient. We could pretty much walk to any of the main Stockholm attractions within 30min.

Unfortunately, the ac wasn't easily controllable. In the night, it was freezing, and I couldn't get it warmer. Also, the rooms are underground, so keep in mind that there might be humidity in the room.

The hotel was lovely. It was in a very good location. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of choices and really good food, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean!
