No window was the only negative, but you get used to it.

The location was central and the Metro train station next door was just very convenient. All the rooms were located below ground level (-1) and the ground floor where the reception was included, had a cafe, restaurant and supermarket which was just something amazing and different. This gave the property a great vibe and had many comfortable seating options with unlimited tea and coffee. The roof top bar had a great view with food and drinks available. Also good security into the lower level. A good size bathroom.

It was a little strange not having a window, and it would have been nice to be able to make a coffee in the room but it was excellent quality.

Lights in the room were confusing to work. No light in bathroom for the night. Didn’t like the automatic light under the bed. Wakes the other person up in the night.

Perfect hotel, it exceeded our expectations. New, modern, clean, nicely designed and with good ventilation that we didn’t fell any inconvenience staying in room without window, excellent soundproof. 2 min walk to nearest metro station or 15 min by foot to central station. Very helpful and friendly staff. We also enjoyed substantial breakfast in the restaurant as well as take away option when we checked out at 5:00 am. And having a rest at roof top was amazing. Best place to stay, already thinking to return 🙂

Very trending decoration, excellent location, we walked everywhere and the metro station was right outside the hotel. Handy! Although I stayed in the no window room, I don’t feel uncomfortable at all, just a bit squeezed as the size of the bathroom. And the temperature of air conditioning seems set already, we can’t change it up and down, over all I have to say our staying was fantastic 👍🏻

I had dinner with a group but it wasn’t a good meal: the food was not great, the wine was not nice, it took too long to be served. Breakfast was very good but the scrambled eggs were powdered eggs, which is regrettable.

My only thing I didn’t like about this place was the shower. You can’t really change it because it’s a structural thing. Usually the drain is at a lower level to the rest of the shower and there’s a seal at the bottom of the shower door. Here it was the same level as everything else and no seal so like half the bathroom would flood, even if we put towels down.

Despite all the rooms being all next to each other we heard little noise from the hallway. This is a fantastic location right next to the metro or a 12 min walk to the central station. Light switches were conveniently placed at each bedside and next to the door. The breakfast was delicious and if you choose to buy a meal at the restaurant for other meals they’re pretty good as well.

The staff was very kind and attentive. They helped me freeze my breast milk in their freezers. The bed was big and spacious and the location was right in the center of town.

Not a fan of the smart lighting in the room. The under bed lights are too bright and bright d one person gets up during the night. Pricey rooms but that’s Stockholm.

While the Wi-Fi worked great in the shared spaces, it was poor in my room - lots of drop-outs and low speeds. This was annoying if I wanted to do stuff on my phone in my room without using up my phone data.

The location was great. The hotel is part of a complex with a supermarket, restaurant and bar, and there's a metro station (Hötorget) right next door (Central Station is also about 10-15 minutes away if you prefer to save money). There are plenty of shops and supermarkets within walking distance, including multiple phone network dealerships about a block away which is handy if you need a local/roaming SIM. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. There are also surprisingly peaceful given that they are all below the ground floor underneath a restaurant (which does a good buffet breakfast) and cafe. The shared space leading to the rooms reminded me a bit of a nicer youth hostel and was a pleasant place to relax and recharge.
