You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesBeautiful setting in Uppsala. We appreciated the totally modern decor along side elegant historic architecture. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the claw foot soaking tub. Will definitely come back to the Villa Anna next time we are in Uppsala.

SwitzerlandWhen we arrived in the evening there was an event at the hotel and because the lobby is small i needed to path my way through crowds, This of course made impossible to use small and charming lobby and bar. The check in did not include briefing about WiFi connection so i needed to return for this separately. There was not a drop of the water in the room. The curtains are very thin and let a lot of light in.
The room and bathroom was big. The breakfast selection was not large but enough and service and smile were compensating for a lack of potentially larger choice. The hotel is located in the nice and quiet area.

GreeceI was a little bit surprised of how small my room was, but it was nice and cozy. The staff were very polite and helpful, I only perhaps I missed a little more warm in the interactions. But overall I was happy with my stay.
I liked my stay at Villa Anna overall. The breakfast included ala carte menu, and I only wish I had arrived for breakfast earlier! 😊 The location is excellent, close to the center, the castle and the cathedral!

It’s location just a stone’s throw from the cathedral. The bed was enormous and super comfy - Probably the best night’s sleep we’ve had in a hotel! Lovely bathroom and relaxing bath and we really liked the soaps. The breakfast in the morning was nicely presented with good choice too.
