Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesDuring my stay, noise from repairs being done on/ around the building detracted from the stay. Room choice is important as some rooms definitely less desirable than others even within the same category. I moved rooms during my stay due to a cleaning issue and the second room was much brighter and had a better layout.
Ideal location if you want to stay in this area (Old Town) of the city. Excellent coffee at breakfast. Staff were friendly and polite.

IrelandThe only complaint I had was the WiFi. It wasn't available at all on the first day and after that it dropped out all too frequently, so I had to reconnect frequently.
Breakfast was excellent. It was served in a beautifully furnished basement room. A wide range of foods was available. It was striking to see the attention of staff almost constantly checking supplies, replenishing them as required. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to all the attractions of Stockholm's gamla stan.

Charming, well maintained hotel in the heart of Stockholm. Rooms are very clean and very quiet on a quiet street in Gamla Stan. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food options to meet a variety of dietary needs. Easy walking, tram or bus to other parts of the city. The staff were super helpful, especially Zacharias.
