It didn't bother us but our room was quite small. Similarly, it didn't bother us but there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room - but there was one just outside which gave us everthing we needed.

We loved this hotel! The staff were so friendly and professional, the beds are extremely comfortable, the styling (nautical-related antiques everywhere and cabin-style doors on the rooms) is gorgeous, breakfast is ample and delicious, and the location is brilliant. We didn't try the restaurant(s) but they come highly recommended.

It could be more obvious that reserving the sauna is $20/person and not just a part of the hotel cost.

Really nothing. The shower was maybe a little small, but what would you expect in this location of the old city. We really enjoyed the hotel

Location is absolutely amazing - in Gamla Stan (if that's what you're looking for) but a 2 minute walk from the Gamla Stan T (metro) station - so you can get anywhere you need very easily. Staff was fabulous - very helpful with a number of questions we had.

Wine prices in cocktail bar were, we felt a bit excessive, especially as you could also buy wine at reception for the room at a reasonable price.

Room was very comfortable and well appointed although quite small (but it is a city centre hotel and suites are available if required). Decor was great and very interesting. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with more than enough choice. Location was perfect for exploring Stockholm and especially the old town and historic areas.

Perfect location in Gamla Stan to historical places; great cafes, restaurants and shops; and a grocery store. Plus, the metro stop is just a couple short blocks away with super easy access to the rest of Stockholm, surrounding area, and the airport. Finally, the breakfast was amazing.
