Unity is a super, modern really well thought out place to stay. Transport in Malmo is extremely efficient, so regardless of where you need to get to, Unity is very accessible. I will certainly use again and will be recommending to family and friends who travel regularly to Malmo.

The room was quite hot mid September so in summer think they must get very warm. The location is a 30 minute walk from the centre of town which isn't ideal but then I'd argue when you book it you can see the location! And if you were working or staying longer it is very quiet so might suit if you want that. It was fine though if you don't mind walking and you can hire bikes from there as well.

Clean room, friendly staff, rooms well equipped with everything you need including for cooking. Easy access and gym facilities were great too. Very easy to stay in. Quiet surroundings and feels very safe in the area as a lone female traveller.

It's a short walk from the center of town, next to a beautiful cemetery (if you're into that sort of thing, I loved strolling through it), the hotel itself - room and public areas - are well designed, beautiful to the eye, comforting and relaxing. The staff were especially nice.

Husband stools on a shard of glass on the bedroom floor. Virtue signalling everywhere you look, working so hard to be young, trendy and on message. Made us feel like dinosaurs. Also very misleading regarding parking.

The bedrooms are quite hot in the summer. There's a ventilator but it doesn't provide much relief. Also, the parking options. The parking lot is 10 minutes away, and the area near it is not very nice. It would be great if they had parking on site.

Great facilities, these are student apartments that have good space, kitchenettes and added services. The gym is well equipped, there's free lemon water in the restaurant.

I was in Malmo for work. The Co-working office space was excellent. The Orangery lounge area was very pleasant and relaxing. Room facilities were more than adequate for simple self-catering. All in all I really enjoyed my stay.

While the aparthotel's design and atmosphere were impressive, I was less satisfied with the service provided by some of the reception staff. For example, the red-haired receptionist charged us for breakfast at check-in, but we weren't on the breakfast list for the next three days. Fortunately, I had the receipt to resolve the issue. Additionally, I noticed the same empty coffee cup remained in the same spot from 6 PM to 10 PM during her shift, which reflects poorly on attentiveness. Another staff member, a receptionist wearing a hijab, assured me that a lunch packet would be prepared for our early departure on the last day, as we would miss breakfast. However, when we arrived at 6 AM, the night shift staff member informed us that she had no knowledge of this arrangement. Despite this, she promptly apologized and kindly prepared a meal-to-go for us. As someone with a background in hotel and reception work, I found these instances to be unprofessional and negligent.

The aparthotel features a well-thought-out design, with nicely appointed rooms and a welcoming lounge area. The abundance of beautiful plants throughout adds to the ambiance. The rooms, though small, are quiet and practical. A particular highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the Croatian receptionist (unfortunately, I can't recall her name). She was incredibly helpful and pleasant, single-handedly ensuring that our experience at the reception was outstanding.

1. The Breakfast could have been better (Sandwich, Coffee/Tea, Orange/Apple Juice, 3 fruit varieties, 1 Croissant, 1 Pain eu Chocolate, 1 Small muffin and a small yoghurt and granola). 2. You only get a service clean if you're staying for over 7 nights

The Facilities were all new and intact The kitchenette has everything you can think of The Toilet and Bath were sparkling clean The room has the latest amenities a hotel should have The gym is lovely The room has a fan which makes a lot of difference.

It was the first time in my life I had to pay for motorbike parking as I wasn't allowed to park it with the bycicles for free also it was unsecured street parking

- it takes about 45 min to walk to the center/ gamla staden, i rented a bike (which I highly recommend!) which took 20 min - only one set of towels for the entire week, which is a little to less for me)

- size of the room was perfect for one person - possibility to cook your own meals, I had breakfast included as well (which was quite good, but the sandwich was a little bit dry) - very modern I liked the apartment so much (i would honestly live there)

The location isn't the best, with not that much in the immediate vicinity. It's at least a 10 minute walk to get to any restaurants or stores, which isn't terrible, but could be better. The nearest bus stop, at least, is very close, and public transportation in Sweden is quite affordable, so it's not actually much of a drawback.

The facilities are fantastic, with everything you could possibly want right at hand. I didn't stay long enough to take full advantage of them, but I think it would be especially good for someone making a longer stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.

No big deals really. Confused staff when checking-in, together at the desk, provided a single 1-Meter bed. It felt our fault when I asked for a double-size bed as booked.

I didn't have my trash collected once in 4 days, so i took it out to the cleaners myself. Given there are kitchen areas in the rooms, perhaps each room should get at least a bin sweep daily?

Modern new building, very clean, friendly staff and decent square footage. The focus on green/eco friendly hotel is a big plus for me. The orangery is just beautiful and refreshing. I simply loved it!

Breakfast was rubbish. Ground floor rooms should be avoided as you can see directly into them from the main communal areas or from outside on the street. The rooms do not match what the photos show on the website. There is no air conditioning so the rooms can get very hot. And the service wasn’t great (they forgot to put a travel cot and towel in our room and then we had to go and get the cot it ourselves)

Modern and clean with nice public spaces. For the price it was a nice stay, felt a bit like a hostel but minus the party vibes and a cleaner environment than a hostel.

It was a bit far from town. They didn't have enough bikes for us to rent. However we did to the Malmo bike scheme which was cheaper but annoyingly they don't have a bike stop outside the unity so you have to walk to the closest one. The rooms where very hot as it was tricky to ventilate them but in winter i am sure they would be amazing to be in.

The breakfast was nicely done and nice start to the day. The rooms where well organised and nicely designed.
