Room size, temp control in the room is not adjustable by guests ( can get stuffy ), breakfast has no variations.

The location was excellent. The staff was helpful and knowlegable . The room was small but comfortable enough. The breakfast was standard and sufficient by European standards. The commuter ferry terminus ( route No.80) was walking distance , as indeed was Gamla Stan and other tourist attractions. Plenty of eateries, supermarkets, bars around. For a hotel situated in the most expensive part of Stockholm, this hotel is good value for money.

I booked this hotel when the Taylor Swift concert happen which may effect the price about 300$/night is super expensive for the single room that pretty small.

The location is close the train station and other transportation which is convenient to travel and surrounded by good place to shopping and eating, especially the church near there was so beautiful . The breakfast was good. The facilities was clean and nice.

The price was very high. breakfast was so so, the bread and croissants were dry. there was a green policy about not swapping towels every day but just stocking up supplies and making the bed etc. this is great, but the reality was the opposite: towels swapped even if they hung on the rack, Coffee and toilet paper not added, so the cleaning was rather useless and not eco-friendly.

I got a single room in the fourth floor. The room was in the attic and didn't have much space to move around. Luckily I stayed there only at night, but it would have been very difficult to spend time during the day in the room. The lift was out of oder when I arrived. There were engineers trying to fix it during my stay but with no success. It was fine for me, but it would have been difficult for people needing to use the lift.

The breakfast was good. The staff were helpful. There are shops nearby.

The location was incredible, so central and easy to access and find. Check in was easy and staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast each morning was great value and a great addition!

The size and the layout of the twin room could be improved. The room was very narrow and dark (altough with window, it was only a small rooftop one, half blinded). Enough for short stay where you mainly spend the time outside. It was not bad though.

Nice cosy patio restaurant, good breakfast with delicious fresh criossants. Beds very comfortable alotugh didn't seem so ;) Clean and friendly place. Nice bathroom with heated floors. Great location!! Especially in terms of public transport - the metro station was very close, the bus stop right around the corner, but location allows you to be in city center in minutes, majority of main spots was within walking distance.

Very nice and welcoming staff. Everyone smiles and greets when meeting you in lobby/restaurant.. I was mostly happy with how clean it is, the whole facility (room, lobby ,restaurant, elevator and even stairs). Hotel is so close to metro and is in a very safe and beautiful area in Stockholm. The room was exactly like pictures and the restaurant was decorated very cozy and nice. It was raining on the glass ceiling of the restaurant while we had breakfast and it felt so cozy.

My shower was steaming hot after 30 seconds and it was impossible to regulate the temperature. I complained every morning ( a super nice receptionist, every day a different one for 5 days) and they always wrote down my room number and the complaint. On the next morning nothing happened. I didn't take a proper a shower for 5 days. Would you enjoy your holiday all the same? I doubt it. They didn't seem to take me seriously and came up to my room to check it. Motion of no confidence! I think that it is rather embarrassing to treat a complaining hotel guest as a potential cheat. The shower water didn't stay so hot all day apparently , and besides it was impossible to check it properly in 20 seconds. I am still waiting for some compensation from the hotel board. . The staff apparently has a communication problem. They don't pass on messages or maybe just ignore them. What a pity. It was my second stay at that hotel. I liked everything else and would like to go back many times as I have family living in Sweden. Still waiting for the hotel management decision....

The room cleanliness fell short, with dust found on the bed headboard and along the lamps wire, impacting the sleeping quality of customers who are sensitive/ allergic to dust. Iron, iron board, dental kit were not provided in the room.

The location was superb! It was conveniently close to public transportation, and many of the main attractions were within walking distance. The room accurately reflected the photos and is suitable for short stays, featuring a very comfortable bed. The check-in/check-out process was efficient. The parking 24hr parking fee 400kr w.o charging/ 550kr with charging was reasonable. The breakfast, while acceptable, did not meet the standard expected of a 4-star hotel.

The only thing I did not like was during the check-in, they did not accept my Greek ID even being new and valid. I wish they had informed me before arriving in the country to be sure to bring additional official documents(I had my driving license with me).

Nothing to complain. A little noise from other room is ok, did not disturb at all.

The location is very central, only 1 metro station to the city centre or by walking nice streets about 20-25 minutes. A small, but cozy hotel. Rooms tend to be small, but everything you need for a good sleep is there. Coffee and tea facilities in room. Nice and clean bathroom. Very good breakfast. They also offer brunch from 11am.

Food stank in the room, probably because of a restaurant nearby, did not bother us too much. No refrigerator in the room.

Bed was super wonderful and breakfast tasty. Metro station just around the corner. Great value for money. The area where the hotel is located is quite expensive though, so not the greatest neighborhood for us to spend time.
