Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A very quiet and comfortable stay. Cosy tasteful rooms. Centrally located. Really nice pub to enjoy dinner and a drink. Good breakfast in the morning too.

SwedenThe bed was very soft, needs upgrade. Sunny side, curtains were not closed to keep the sun out hemce the room was very warm (30+ C). When askin for a fan in the reception they had none left. Hotel was far from fully booked so they need to invest in some extra fans.
Central location, nice staff and facilities were good. Nice breakfast buffet.

United KingdomWe were NOT told there was a band playing on Friday and Saturday we were there. It was very loud and kept us awake from10pm till 2 pm. Other family and friends who were also staying there also were kept awake! As we had a Family wedding to attend the next day we were all far from pleased. My son who was getting married decided to book a room last minute that day to get a good night's sleep and was again not told about the band. When he went down to complain and said he couldn't stay there as he needed to get to sleep as he was getting married the next day. He asked for a refund and the manager was very rude and refused. I have never been to a hotel where I haven't been warned about loud music, eg party, etc As my Son and wife live in Koping and will be visiting often to visit them they have lost any future bookings.
It was in the center of Koping.

United KingdomIt was our first time in Sweden for a very close friends wedding. We stayed for 5 nights as we wanted to make the most of seeing them. On the Friday evening before the wedding we was about to go to sleep but suddenly we could hear very very loud music coming from what we think was a weekend event down the road. We was NOT pre warned this before our stay and having known it was so close to this music where we couldn't sleep we would not have stayed here. It’s unacceptable that you can run a business knowing people will be sleeping there with that amount of noise with no pre warning! Especially considering we had a wedding to attend and no compensation for this! We heard the groom was staying there for the night before the wedding as he had no where else to sleep but he had to leave because of the noise and no one would refund him! On our last day as we was waiting for our friend to pick us up to go to the airport, we waited inside sat down and we was asked to leave by the owner because apparently they was closing the door which we thought was very strange considering its a hotel and open all the time, we was only waiting to be picked up and it was the least they could let us do considering how much money they took from us for our stay! The owner was not very polite back as well and very forceful.
The room is spacious and the beds are comfy but thats about it.
