The kitchen contained a ventilation pipe that led to the ceiling, next to the smoke alarm, which made us not want to cook any food on the stove due to the risk of setting off alarms which was disappointing. The kettle in both my room and my friend's room contained mould which meant we were unable to have any hot drinks during our stay. Despite the kitchen having a good range of utensils available, there were no oven gloves provided which made using the oven extremely difficult and dangerous. The check in process was slightly difficult as the digital keys would not load on the app. When we called the number provided to assist us, it disconnected straight away. Eventually, we were able to get through on the Ring Doorbell in the lobby but the connection was very bad and the voice on the other end was unclear which made the whole process a lot more difficult than it would have been if there had just been somebody present for check-in times.

The room was an ok size for two nights. The beds were comfortable and the blinds and curtains made the room really dark despite the early sunrise which was nice. The bathroom was cleaned well and all of the towels and bedding provided were also cleaned to a good standard. The bathroom mirror was a great size with lighting in my room but it was much smaller and less useful in my friend's room which was a little disappointing. Having a luggage stand next to the table and chairs was a nice touch and saved us some space in the room. It was a good location for the Friends Arena.

The bathroom had a very bad smell. The kitchen area didn't have any plugs for appliances that needed plugs. No AC nor window so the room got very stuffy very quickly because there wasn't any ventilation.

The furniture and decoration was very nice. Nice beds and a well stocked kitchen. The possibility to watch TV was really nice. Clean and very comfortable beds.

Maybe I'm of the old school, but I like to have a good table and comfy chair. Table I can eat at and work on with my laptop. The kitchen, the bathroom, the bed and the tv is a top quality and then you throw in two cheap chairs and a shelf that is supposed to be table. A lot of space for a round table and two good chairs is vasted.

Didn't have breakfast. Location excellent for my job at Bromma.

the window was broken and it didn’t close ,soo at night it was a bit chilly .Also i didnt know how to work the oven ,soo i had to wait 2 days soo a human being could be in the reception.

The reason why we were given another room was because our toilet stopped flushing. However we contacted the administration near the entrance with the given ringer and they changed our room very quickly. The ringer or phone, the button on the wall that calls the management, we had to get lucky to contact them, since maybe they were on break or busy, but it did take more than a few tries each time. Our second rooms with windows had three radiators which were barely warm. We turned them up but that didn't change much and we had to resort to turning on our electric stove to get warm. The windows also allowed some noise from the flying airplanes to go through, just enough to hear them during the day, although we didn't hear anything during the night, sleep was calm, either planes didn't fly during the night or they were quite quiet. The fumehood works, but it isn't connected to any ventilation system, so everything you cook, all the smoke and steam and smells just stay inside. Some rooms have frying pans that are so large that nothing else fits on the stove besides it. Our first room had an induction stove which made a horrible noise. The washing machines and dryers are filthy, but they don't transfer any smells to clothes, however they are really disgusting. It was really difficult connecting to the wifi, the confirmation link just didn't get sent, my partners phone couldn't connect for our whole stay. The TVs in our second rooms and the gym both weren't working and because of the ringer it was too much of a bother to tell that to staff. We only once saw someone working at the check-in near the entrance, so if something happens your only option is to call and hope someone answers, which doesn't always happen.

We have experience from two rooms: one with kitchen and no windows and the other the same only with windows. The first rooms was with no windows and the soundproofing did really work, no noise from the airport. The kitchen is well equipped, some rooms have bigger knives, some smaller, the smaller one is just barely usable. there are many pots and pans and cutlery and plates and glasses. There is dish soap and a sponge. One roll of toilet paper lasted us two our whole stay, which is incredible.

Wat too much money for what they had to offer. Not super bad but just an "ok" room. Can get better for less 🤷‍♂️

Poor or no air conditioning and no fan, can’t open windows as there was too much traffic outside. No one at the reception after 18:00 and instructions for mobile key and how to activate the card and room were not clear. I did get good help after calling on the support number.

The room was clean with a nice and spacious bathroom. Good noise isolation when windows closed.

I was not knowing that the hotel has Gym and laundry. I just saw it at the time of check out. It is my responsibility to ask all the facilities but would have been nice it staff inform what is included in the booking.
