Very helpful staff. We arrived after check-in hours and they helped us with the parking fees. The room was nice and fun (they have boat cabin themed rooms) and you can adjust the firmness of the mattress. Breakfast was quite good with a good selection. Smooth check-out process.

The hotel does not have an elevator, which is not very convincing to bring the baby trolley upstairs especially when the baby is sleeping.

The hotel had very nice surrounding and safe environment. The room was quiet and stylistic. It was nicely prepared for our baby.

It was loud at night 😕 There were people smoking late into the night in front of my window, right next to the hotel breakfast place, which seemed closed, so i don’t know why they chose this. It interrupted my sleep and with the window closed it was too hot for me. The hotel parking is small and open, and i was a bit concerned to leave my car full of luggage, but the hotel staff said it was safe. I got the message with the late check in info via text message, but not via the booking site like all the rest of the messages. I arrived late and it was confusing at first, until i found it

I liked the breakfast and the looks of the girl inside (rooms were least special and i still liked my room). The area is amazing, overlooking the bay and the bridge. We enjoyed the sunset. Also the nearby restaurant is very pleasant for dinner.

Only downside would be the lack of a safety deposit box in the room - used to this being the norm in most places so was a bit of a surprise. Regular mugs rather than paper cups in the room for tea/coffee would have been nice too.

Great location - close to public transport (good connections to the centre, to Malmo Arena/Hyllie and connections to Copenhagen), supermarket just downstairs, and overall it is a quiet and pleasant part of the city. Really clean and comfortable hotel. Lovely breakfast with lots of variety, including vegan yoghurt, Swedish breakfast options, and more (the waffles and pancakes were not good but the rest was fab). Really great and informative staff too.

Car parking is limited but if full you can use public parking which hotel will pay for. No bar on site but the hotel has a restaurant near by. Regardless of these inconveniencie I would still recommend this hotel.

I found the exterior of the building not very appealing. I made the booking last minute and didn’t have a good look at the description. I was waken up by a delivery van, there is a ICA supermarket next to the hotel. The reverse parking alarm was quite loud. If possible, book a room on the other side of building.

The room was very nice and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and I could have a late check out at no extra cost. The location is very good. I was pleasantly surprised once I was inside the hotel.

Lovely ship themed rooms, great breakfast and hi-tec beds for extra comfort. The location is great. The free parking spaces were a bonus. Communication for our late arrival was professional and no problem. Dog friendly. There is a shop and super restaurant within the building. Happy!

Comfortable and fairly stylish room on theme. A fairly good location for the work traveler, for far from the bridge, but far enough for quietness. We’ll layer out and good to continue work.

This hotel definitely has character. Completely furnished in maritime style, every room is different. The room was midsize with incredibly comfortable, adjustable beds, nice furnishings and a great bathroom. We had dinner in the restaurant Vessel which belongs to the hotel and is around the corner. The food was outstanding and the service perfect. Breakfast offerings were wonderful.

Walls were a bit thin, but I think it was more to do with a very loud person in the next room.

The staff were very good, a great shower, breakfast was brilliant, and a strong WiFi signal.

The room initially offered was not cleaned. Full trash bin, pizza boxes and dirty towels in the bathroom. It took over an hour to sort it out. It would have been much quicker if there was someone in the reception at 18:30, as advertised in the hotel description.

There is no common area to hang out before bed time, it was just our rooms and a couple of seats by the front door.

This booking was a very last minute one but a strange one never the less. There were no staff members at site from the start of our visit till someone was there in the morning serving breakfast. Every room has a unique vibe and naval theme. It was really something special and I'm so glad I stayed there. It was weird that there were no staff members, on site until the morning but the process of checking in was really simple.
