The shuttle bus staff are not in time and do not care if they are late - I had to call the reception to ask when they would arrive. At pick up in the airport they were 30 min. late and pick up from hotel to airport 15 min. - it is not Okay...,,!

In the morning when the staff changed we faced some difficulty both in the phone line and the staff in place. It was another person, and this time this new lady was arrogant, not compared to the first one from day before. Very arrogant and aggresive tone. She made me feel dumb about asking her questions, im just trying to understand.

At check in the staff was very nice and had extremely good patience and understanding of our situation for shuttle rebooking and such aswell as quick and easy support for check in. It was a black lady, extremely proffessional and kind!

The floors needed a bit of tending to, there was still small scraps of garbage and dirt on the floor from previous guests.

Location and shuttle was convenient, staff were friendly. Small kitchen was useful as well.

There is no tea or koffee in the kitchen. The window doesn`t open.

Everything was good and comfortable in the hotel. Very easy cheek-in and cheek-out. There were all facilities in the kitchen. Shuttle picked up us just on time.

The bed was not really sturdy. The room is of course small and not luxurious which is expected for that price. The entrance was not well indicated

We just wanted to spend a night close to the airport as we had a very early flight. The shuttle was really efficient and well organised, with a very practical self booking service. The price was super interesting and it was much cheaper than taking a taxi in the morning

Very strange room design - due to the fact that the room is rather narrow, the bed takes all the space from one wall to another. For some reason, they put this bed halfway to the window, and as a result, without climbing over the bed, you can't reach the window, and in addition, a very large part of the room is basically wasted. We have no idea why they didn't put the bed near the window. Another design issue is with an exit from the floor. We had to board the free shuttle to the airport at 5:00 a.m., were rushing, spent a few minutes running around the floor trying to find the door to exit. My wife accidentally opened the wrong door, and the staff member ran out and started yelling at her. Strange experience!

Not set up like conventional hotel. A little confusing how to enter and exit the building. Bed only accessible from one side leading to second person having to climb over other person to get out of bed.

Shower pressure wasnt the best and the hottest temperature was only luke warm. Also no shower gel provided and nowhere to get anything to decent to eat within walking distance except the garage next to it but for the price paid it is not a big deal. It was clean and the bed was comfortable which mattered.

The transfer service is quite messy - only one van and they book 8 people at a time, so there's no room for luggage, it's complete chaos. Although the lady driver is very nice.

Good option to travel to Arlanda early in the morning. Electricity went off in my room in the evening and I couldn't reach anyone to fix it, so I had no light or electricity to charge my phone.

I hope there would be bidets available. Public transportation to and from the airport was difficult especially at night, so we had to take a cab to reach the hotel since our flights were delayed past midnight. However, I guess it's not the airport's fault but they accommodated us really well.

I like how it was situated close to the airport (7mins by cab, close to an hour by public transpo). Public transporation to Stockholm city center was very easy though as the bus station was just a few meters from the hotel. The convenience store within the hotel vicinity was very convenient! I stayed here with my husband annd a few friends during the Eras Tour and our flights were unfortunately delayed. However, Arlanda Hotels XPO was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly and accommodated the changes easily. Thank you!

Conveniently located, clean, it has a kitchenette. There is a shuttle to/from the airport, as it was not coming for more than 30 mins the hotel call a cab free of charge for us (very appreciated gesture).

I stayed here for the second time. My first time was better, but this time I got such a small, narrow bed, that I had to be very careful at night to not fall down... It was like 60 cm wide. Im rather slim, but can't imagine someone different size sleeping there. Bed is, I think, one of the most important things, especially when you have to rest and come just for a night.

The location, close to the airport, price was really ok comparing to other hotels around the airport, possibility to check-in at late hour. There is a public bus stop just in front of the entrance, where you can start your trip to the nearest town and Stockholm.

We arrived late and struggled to figure out where to go. It turns out I had received instructions but didn’t have connectivity to see them. Make sure you check before heading to the hotel!

The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. It was close to the airport. It fit all of my group (6 people) comfortably.
