The vent was a little bit loud, but that was not really an issue.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a four bedroom to ourselves which we really appreciated. There are personal lockers, you can get keys from the reception. Very nice location not far from the centre and in a lovely park area. Very effective darkening curtains.

My bed was a bit uneven, it had an incline. Bottom bunk, so probably just a matter of wear and tear of people sitting on it.

Felt very homey and communial. Everything was clean, including the guest kitchen despite its hard use. Staff was very nice.

The pillows were very thin. I had to use two to get a decent night's sleep. Like lots of places in Sweden they don't accept cash which is a bit of a pain.

The hostel was in a pleasant location in a park. The staff were nice, it was clean, the breakfast was good.

The people were very friendly, and the atmosphere was really nice, there were lots of young people but also a few families. We (two people travelling together) had the room for ourselves, which is, I think, the habit, it was definitely a pleasant surprise not having to share the room, although we booked "two beds" in a room according to Booking.com. The room had a bunk bed, and two beds you could pull down (or leave up in case you didn't need them, so you had more space in the room), also a table and two chairs. There were enough toilets and showers available for all the people, and there was a big kitchen you could use equipped with everything you need as well as a dining room, that was really nice. Also the hostel breakfast was nice, there was bread, yogurt, scrambled egg, some toppings, which was a good value for the price.

Cleanliness could be improved. Would recommend to vacuum the mattresses every now and then and also the bed frame could use some vacuuming. Hallways were pretty noisy with kids running around and doors slamming. At night it was quiet though.

Nice area in the city, urban garden vibe was cool. Quiet area as well, 10 min walk to metro. Tip, if you have luggage get off at Hornstull instead of Zinkensdamm, then you don't have to go down the many stairs in the neighborhood. The breakfast was good (had the hostel one). Room is ok, mattress a bit thin, but was able to put 2 on top of each other as I had a private bunk room, then it was ok. Bathrooms were fine, good water power in showers. Friendly staff and nice that you can buy drinks, snacks at the reception. Bar/cafe is great as well.

There could be shower areas that are not just men and women.

Everything went very smoothly with booking in and using all the facilities. The breakfast was great and everyone was very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use.

Cleanliness of bathrooms, sinks and toilets were cleaned daily but floors were not and there was a lot of dust in areas (I.e soap dispensers, on top of bins), many spider webs etc. in corners - could be improved to make experience even more enjoyable

The shower grout could have been scrubbed down a bit more thoroughly but overall the room and ensuite bathroom was very clean.

Breakfast was great, good selection and good price. Quadruple room was small but that's expected for the price. Lovely location, very quiet, next to a park. Beds were comfortable. Had a nice view from our room over an internal courtyard with picnic benches and lawn.

Doors were slammed at 5 o'clock in the morning which was really annoying. The room doors are thin so you hear everything. Bad ventilation in the room, could only open a tiny bit of the window.

We were not told how this property works, It was so many different doors and floors. We had to ask where is laundromat, where is common kitchen etc. It seems like sauna was there too, we missed it.

Bathrooms were a little worn and dated but adequate. The location has both positive and negative aspects. It’s in a charming family area close to a swimming beach and a cool and vibrant high street but getting from the hostel to other parts of the city is a bit of a trek and the public transit options are not great.
