For a 5 star hotel you need to pay extra for a dental kit, they could’ve increased the room price by 2 dollars and just gave it for free it would have been nicer .

I have to say that this was the best hotel I've ever visited. Amazing hotel with extraordinary customer service. Breakfast was delicious and what can I even say about the spa - the experience was perfect! We would definitely travel from Finland to this hotel just to get there again.

While we had a good time at Steam Hotel, there are a few things that could be better. The Pool Club, though lovely, felt a bit crowded, which took away from the relaxing vibe. Breakfast at 9 am was pretty hectic, with long waits to get a seat. The beds were just okay, but not quite up to four-star standards, and the pillows were smaller than expected. Fixing these minor issues would make the stay even more enjoyable.

Staying at Steam Hotel was a unique and memorable experience for my wife and me. The hotel, set in a converted 100-year-old power plant, combines industrial charm with rustic luxury. Our room was stylish and comfortable, with a cozy ambiance. The rooftop bar and restaurant offered lovely views of Lake Mälaren, and the Pool Club, with both indoor and outdoor pools, was a perfect relaxation spot for us and our friends. Breakfast was exquisite, with a great mix of local and international flavors. Overall, a fantastic getaway that blends history with contemporary comfort.

Very crowded. Expensive drinks and food. My drink was a watermelon one but tasted like fish. Worst experiences in my life. Small and crowded spa. Impossible to get a sun bed in the sun.

We’ve rent the room on the 17 floor, and that was really noisy at night, I had to wear ear plugs which I asked for in the reception

The atmosphere and design, SPA, location, lots of stuff to do, breakfast, especial like the bar on the 18th floor, the view is stunning.

It was almost perfect

This is a hotel that is more than a hotel. It was an amazing experience. The beauty lies in the hundreds of well thought details. It was not just an overnight stay. Even you must check out at 11 you can stay at the hotel and enjoy game area, cinema, long brunch, kids area, etc.

Unbelievable place!! Enchanting pool club, 3-4 world class restaurants/eateries, 18th floor cocktail bar with spectacular views, kids playroom, 3-4 charming bars, cinema, karaoke rooms, arcade games. The Waterpark!! Loved all the small details. It has a 1920’s industrial charm blender with a modern architectural touch

The elevators are not enough and not working correctly. You used to have delicious Swedish pancakes and Swedish buttermilk. We are sad to see you are options out to make think non-tasty American pancakes and only yoghurt.

It is always nice to stay here. We come back often. Great rooms and staff. We love the extended pool area.

Booking.com advertises the property to have parking! (It does not have on-site parking!) The rooms, although beautiful and sumptuously decorated are in need of a paint touch up! Our black entrance door and bathroom door were covered in bashes and paint chips, as too was the skirting boards and some walls.

Outstanding design, this is truly a destination in its own right! A masterpiece of style, elegance and impeccable service! Staff members were a dream! We were even given a personal tour of the property by a member of the reception team who spoke in detail about the former power plant, its history and conversion into the hotel/resort today!

The breakfast was a bit standard, expected a bit more for that price. Room was also a bit small and somewhat worn, again expected more for the price.

Fun hotel with a good ambience. The spa had a nice small outdoor pool. Very friendly staff.
