Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The property was very comfortable. It has everything we needed. It was especially nice having breakfast and dinner included, as well as fika (midday coffee and pastry. The beds were extra comfortable and the room temperature was perfect.

Hotel is located outside of Gotenburg which is OK for business travel. Parking onsite, but quite expensive as usual. Hotel is based in a multi use building. Room very good (includes cooking facilities). Breakfast good. Price was very good.

Room is of decent size, Location closer to the tram station is excellent, breakfast and dinner are decent, overall experience is nice but its not worth close to 250 USD per night as we felt price hike is more due to the holiday break rather than facilities.

DenmarkThere is some construction work around the hotel, no noice genes though. You might find the Hotel parking slightly overpriced, considering the fact that the hotel is situated miles away from the city center. We parked on the street for free instead.
We liked the breakfast, I can hardly remember other places with so much food choices in the morning. The evening meal that was included in our price was also ok. The room was large with a small kitchen and a fridge. Huge supermarked in the same building. Comfy bed and pillows, quiet room.

Hungary- Too cold in the first room, and that happens all the time at this hotel. I don't know why you keep temperatures so low, without the possibility to warm them up. I had to borrow a radiator :-( - I forgot my telephone charger in the room on Friday and I didn't get it back on Monday. - I don't really like to concept of having dinner baked in into the price of the room. I understand that you make good money with it, but it is not very nice.

Hotel itself is located only few stops with tram from downtown . Almost at the front doors theres tram stop . Inside hotel is huge grocery - market , whats great for food supply shopping . Room : superior room was good enough for 3 people - with build in small kitchen . Bathroom : ok with Rituals shower products - just pressure of water in shower should be improved . Cleaning is not provided - covid meassures 🤧 Food : Breakfast : very good and nice selection of food Free FIKA - tea/coffe and cake every day from 3-6pm Free Dinner - there is a every day changung dinner / mostly 2-3 hot options and salad buffet . Evry day food was nice and taisty - just enough for dinner ❤️

PolandI have only two remarks here but they're not big issues, at least for me - WiFi was extremely slow and breaking the connection for the first two days or so, it got better around the weekend. I needed to use my mobile connection. The second thing - you need to pay for kitchenette's unless you stay for at least 5 nights. However, you've got breakfast and dinner included in the price so it's not something that you would desperately need :)
I loved my stay at Hotel Mektagonen. Apparently, it has recently changed from Best Western to Clarion Collection. Seamless check-in and check-out, I even managed to get a dinner on the arrival day. Breakfast is served with a choice of sweet and savory dishes. A variety of vegetables, breakfast flakes, yoghurts, milks plus scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes etc. Coffee / tea and juice available as well. You can eat whatever you prefer each day. For the dinner, there is a menu given so that you know what's served on the given week. The food was fine, I can't complain about it :) Additionally, you can get a fika if you prefer, another great plus. The room itself was comfortable and air-conditioned. Everything was clean and prepared for my stay. I would choose this hotel again.
