Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe property wasn’t directly in the city, you have to get the tram. The tram stopWhich is literally outside we paid for a 3 day pass. Which was about £17 - it’s about 6 stops or more to get near the city. The city is a walkable city once you are near. Also be careful as the room we booked didn’t have a window. I have never heard of such. But although the room was large and had all the facilities. Even a kitchenette, it is not great to not have a window. Food and snacks were included in our room cost which was a great plus but it meant coming back for food in the evening between 6-8 so back and fore on the tram. So we didn’t use this each evening,
The hotel was lovely and clean. It had everything you need on site. Hairdressers. Gym. Supermarket all in the same complex. Great facilities in the room.

United KingdomThe evening meal was disappointing, no choice really. Fika was not available on one night due to a party. Maybe there were signs telling guests it was cancelled or moved but we didn't see any. Staff understandably busy with the party guest (Sat 31 Aug) so could not find out

Nice quiet location in the suburbs near Liseberg. Just opposite the tram stop to get to the city centre. Nice big rooms, and good breakfast.

BulgariaThe hotel is tucked into a business building with varios purposes and the room did not have a window. At night it's perfect but during the day it felt a bit weird. Another downside is that the kitchen (very spacious) did not have almost any kitchen utensils like pans, pots, even forks and spoons. Seems it's build on the very bold assumption that the guests will arrive with their kitchen accessories.
This is a very clean and very well-organised hotel. The room was fairly spacious. Breakfast and dinner were simple but tasty and full of Swedish flavours.

IndiaThe food service is good and there are helping hands to clean the table, though I found the dining tables to be bit sticky which doesn't give me a very good impression.
The place is nice and about 5 mins from liseberg Amusement park. There is willy's and ICA in case you need something. Breakfast is excellent and dinner is also good though with limited options. The covers and bed are good and comfortable.

Location is quite nice. Very close to a Tramstop and supermarket . The area is quiet, and we were able to have quiet evenings. Facilities in the rooms were awesome, an iron stove microwave and fridge basically everything one needs and more. Fika was a pleasant surprise, all in the price. 🙂 Very friendly staff !!
