Cold atmosphere in restaurant. Some music or candles would be nice. parking with high car tricky, as max height on the signs is not correct (actual max height lower).

The room was too warm

Food was great with the added bonus of an evening meal which saved us a lot of money. We enjoyed the sauna and it was well located for tram links into the centre, whilst being nice and quiet

The room didn't have a window and because of that the air conditioning was constantly running (not able to turn off) and made some noise. If you don't mind that and don't plan on staying in the room for too long, it won't affect your stay too much!

The room was clean and big and the hotel staff (reception, kitchen, etc.) was very friendly. They made sure that we got vegan food for dinner and at breakfast we had a lot of vegan options to choose from (e.g. vegan cheese, milk and yogurt)! With a walking distance of two minutes to the tram station, you get around very well as well!

signs must be indicated where to find fe the hotel reception, is difficult to find, I had to ask people-

room spacious, but no decoration at all. breakfast super, kitchen . Parking expensive. Super market in the same building, as well as sushi restaurant , hairdresser and fitness.

Large, spacious hotel room with kitchenette. Very clean. Very nice staff throughout the hotel. Supermarket and chemist inside the hotel! Tram stop 5 min walk takes you to Central in 15mins. Breakfast and dinner included!

The food was not my taste. Salads were super. Room and bathroom were not cleaned during 3 days. Not even garbage . Expensive parking.

Soup was over before 7.30 pm and they didn’t refill and the same happened with several other items. This at the time of dinner ruined an otherwise perfect experience we had the stay.

I did not like that it was away from the city centre. By walking was 50 minutes, and by tram was 16 minutes. I do not mind using public transportation, just if you want to stay later in the evening you have to check the tram schedule so you can make it home without paying a taxi.

I like how comfy the room was. I liked the breakfast very much! A lot of variety of foods and drinks. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Service in the restaurant could have been better, no vegetarian option at dinner (we had dinner included); centralised AC/ventilation makes it impossible to adjust the room temperature

there is policy that if u stay more than 1 night, your room will not be cleaned. but they offered, if you need them cleaned, you can make a request the night before. made a request once but it was not executed. not sure what happened. but then it was ok to request for clean towel anytime

The windows were a bit dirty and had handprints on them but that’s all.

The property was very comfortable. It has everything we needed. It was especially nice having breakfast and dinner included, as well as fika (midday coffee and pastry. The beds were extra comfortable and the room temperature was perfect.

we were at level 4, just above the parking. so we could hear in the morning other clients rolling their suitcases to their car.

The half-boarding was very convenient and quite good as well
