Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandThere are a few major issues which requires fixing at the hotel: 1. First and foremost - you are not able to adjust temperature in your room. There is even no way you can turn air conditioning off - It always blows your head off. Kids got sick on the first night of our stay. 2. When you arrive you are said that if your room needs to be cleansed you need to explicitly ask for it, which is OK. So, one day in the morning before breakfast I asked to clean our room and surprisingly learned that you have to ask for it one day in advance!
Breakfast was decent with eggs and fresh juice. Rooms pretty comfortable with nice TV and good beds. There is table tennis and billiard on the basement.

Great suggestions for places to eat/go I town from Johan. Sauna and breakfast add ons nice. Terrace was nice. Open other times would be nice.

United KingdomA very dark and depressing room interior. Even with lights on not everything can see. Would strongly recommend to repaint to lighter colours. The faced motorway that never stops. You could hardly open the window because it is very noisy. Take that into account when booking.

GermanyThe location is certainly not Gothenburg’s most scenic area. The terrace is lovely but you look out on to a parking lot and some industrial buildings. I was glad it was always light out when I had to make my way back to the hotel as the route from the tram station led along the highway and around the back of said industrial buildings. My room was quite warm and dry and luckily I could keep my window open since I sleep with earplugs. But for others, it might be too loud to keep the window open. Also while the breakfast was very good, the coffee was pretty awful both from the machine as well as the filter coffee.
The hotel itself was very nice with a terrace, small gym and sauna, billiard table, and the possibility to buy drinks and snacks in the lobby. The room itself was clearly renovated in a stylish way while my room was small, it still had enough space to comfortably move around in. The breakfast was also quite good.
