There was quite long waits for the elevator during breakfast hours.

Very close to the train station. Very spacious room! Big desk and a comfortable bed.

The only thing I didn't like is that in the bathroom, the shower, there is a "level down" and when it is wet or with soap, can be difficult for some people, especially very young or very old. And BOLT service is not available in the location, but in the city center there are BOLT options.

The location is the best to have a quiet and safe place in Stockholm, and very close to the train station (5 minutes walking) and it is side-by-side to an auditorium, where some events happens. The staff also is INCREDIBLE, with many people happy to help and to give you the best experience while you stay in the hotel. And the breakfast is fantastic!

Need clear information of parkings on booking.com. The hotel has own parkings under the building and another parkings in front of the hotel.

Check out is 12 o’clock so we could relax in the morning. The room was too cold for us but we could adjust temperature ourself so we slept well.

The breakfast is good and very complete, the hotel is very large so to avoid crowds at breakfast time they have the option of reserving a table, The train is between 7 and 10 minutes walking, 3 steps from the central station.

Excellent hotel, brilliant and very friendly and helpful staff; at the reception hall- available: tennis table, football table and interactive table- keep your kid occupied in the hotel; very good breakfast and amazing service during the breakfast; good location- few minutes by the commuter rail and 2-3min to get to the station, trains-every few minutes.

Water temperature - the water never got hotter than about lukewarm. This was not a problem for us because we were here in the spring, but may be a problem in the winter.

Friendly staff and a great location right by a supermarket, with a train station very nearby. I enjoyed the efficiency of this hotel in terms of booking breakfast and cleaning in advance, as well as how we were provided breakfast boxes upon check-out. It was a busy time in Stockholm because of events going on, but the hotel never felt overly crowded or busy. I was extremely happy with our stay!

The bed was two single bed brought together which was not the best set-up. It would have been better as well to have shampoo and soap and not a generic liquid for both body and hair. Other rooms had both but some did not. Prices were a little high.

The hotel was actually not as out of the way as expected. It is near the commuter train station which allowed for easy access to central Stockholm. The breakfast buffet was also great with lots of variety and the staff were courteous.

I would have liked more light in the room, like a main light for the evening. We had only small lights and had to turn all of them on to be comfortable.

I had room at 18th floor. View was nice. Nothing tall around. Good variety of foods at breakfast and it was tasty.

The hotel was fully booked, which made it busy at breakfast. You needed to book your slot in advance. Would have benefited from housekeeping/replenishment between nights.

Modern facilities. Friendly staff. Wide range of food for breakfast. Very close to railway station which took you quickly to the city centre, Friends Arena or direct to airport. Close to the hotel is a running track around a nature reserve which was a great way to start the day,

The location was amazing, way better than we thought before. Public transport so close that it was easy to travel around. Hotel was nice, room spacious, and breakfast good enough. The staff was kind and very helpful from the beginning.

Breakfast - the buffet itself was great, a very good selection including allergen free and alternative options. However, it loses a point due to organisation. There is a booking system. On the first morning, we booked in advance as recommended and there were no free tables for us so we had to wait, so I don’t know why the system exists

The facilities were amazing, great views and an excellent location within easy reach of the local commuter rail network. Friendly service. We visited on a busy weekend in the city and it was a budget-friendly option so our expectations weren’t high, however we were bowled over.

Location next to the exhibition hall. Nice people at check-in and at restaurant. Gym and sauna made it close to perfect for me.
