Being nitpicky, doors were a bit heavy and the bathroom on the main floor was difficult to use. Good stay otherwise!

It was really hot when we visited Stockholm and the AC in our room wasn’t working and the windows are designed so that they can’t be opened. As we were out often it didn’t bother us, but if it gets even warmer it could be a real issue. The telephone to call reception also didn’t work, nor did the main light in the room. These things were minimal, but maintenance of the electrics in the room needs to be looked into.

Fantastic Location, so well connected and within walking distance of everything. Friendly staff, clean and comfy.

the bed was uncomfortable. kindly put orthopaedic mattresses and avoid the additions. terrible back pain. There was no 3 pin adaptor option for guests fro the countries

The pillows are way too soft for me. I really struggled to sleep and eventually crafted a temporary solution using an extra duvet.

The rooms are the definition of compact living. Too small space for lugguage.

The breakfast was as always at Scandic Hotels of very good quality. The location is the biggest strength.

The building itself was a bit dated, but everything worked very well and as advertised.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. The team were very knowledgeable and super helpful. The location was right on top of the subway station which made access very easy.

The room was a queen room but the bed is very small for two people. Definitely not a queen size bed.

The noise in the halls could be heard clearly in the room. The bed was small and we sunk into the middle. The shower door was bizarre, and luckily we were slim or we may not had been able to get into the shower at all, also the water went all over the floor. The coffee at the breakfast was not great.

The location was fantastic, straight onto the train (which is very easy to navigate). The buffet breakfast had everything (but remember to book a time!) The staff were very kind and helpful, even when we were early and our room wasn't quite ready yet. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

Being in a busy location, the room was a bit noisy at night but it wasn't too problematic. The hotel bar was very busy in the evenings (Friday and Saturday night) and there was a lot of security at the door, checking our room keys and such before we could enter which was a little uncomfortable.

The breakfast was simply superb - a huge selection of food (including vegan, gluten-free and others) that was all delicious. The room where the breakfast buffet was laid out was huge which gave loads of space to get food without it feeling crowded. The bedroom was large and comfortable. The location was extremely convenient, with a metro station right next door.

My room was underground, so I could hear the metro every time it passed. It runs all night Friday and Saturday, but I got used to it. There is a very loud bar in the hotel, and especially on Saturday night I could hear music when in bed until 1am

Breakfast was very good, and the location was very handy for everything. My room was very clean, and had what I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a Lidl round the corner to pick things up

The location was far from the train station. Me being new to Sweden did not know I could easily pay by bankcard and travel with the subway system. If I had known this sooner, it would have been extra nice.

The breakfast had a lot of choice and was very good. The bathroom was very clean and large.
