The beds weren't very comfortable. The sofa bed was, in particular, very uncomfortable. You'd only put an adult you didn't like on it.

This hotel is in a great location. It's clean with pleasant staff. The breakfast is varied and good quality.

The hotel is not accessible with wheelchair or strollers - there are stairs at the entrance and to the elevator.

The room was standard and I decided to pay the extra for a window and it wasn't really necessary for the experience. WifI rarely worked in the room. When asked about it, I was invited to sit in the lobby to use the wifi. I had to ask about having the room serviced since it had not been. When they did come in, they just took the used towels....I asked about that and they got me fresh towels. By the last day, the service to the room was wonderful. The carpet in common area is old and tired. I believe that there may have been other properties at the same pricing that would have been better.

Breakfast was nice. Good variety of items. Teams working the area were attentive to offerings. Front desk responsive to housekeeping issues. Area had lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Reasonable Uber ride to airport.

Mixed feelings about glass doors surrounding bathroom, looked nice, but lacked privacy. Also as they are clear glass managed to walk into them, minor nose bleed!

Had a small suite, comfortable, good facilities,good coffee. machine (Better than Nespresso). Toletries,slippers , dressing gown provided. Room serviced very well. All staff friendly and helpful. Special thank you to reception. Even provided packed breakfast for early plane journey

The location was excellent - able to walk to the places we wished to see. The hotel was in a quiet street and had a great breakfast. The staff were helpful.

The location in excellent. Everything is in the walking distance. Great neighborhood and a lot of restaurants, and also great food market place. The breakfast is very good.

When waiting to checkin the hotel staff took around 10 minutes to come to the desk, which resulted in a queue of people waiting.

The hotel was in a great location, surrounded by many bars restaurants and shops but it was not loud at night. It was the perfect location for many of the tourist attractions around the city, with everything being within a 20-30 minute walk. The breakfast was very good with a wide and varied selection and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday.

Strange shower set up. The person showering cannot have full privacy. Might not be an issue with a couple but if friends or siblings are sharing a room, can be a bit uncomfortable. Wifi issues at times which was not great if you depend on wifi to do some work

Wifi only really worked in the bathroom. Cleanliness was okay, but not spotless.

Really nice location, everything's within walking distance. Breakfast is very nice and we had a great view from our room, directly onto the street. With the windows closed, it was very quiet and the curtains kept out all the light.

Wifi was terrible, you had to be in the lobby to be able to use the internet. Beds were too soft.

Location is fantastic. Breakfast is outstanding and I was offered a bag breakfast on departure day when I left early. Very lovely bathroom with high quality fixtures, high quality bedsheets and towels.

After my first night the room was not cleaned and there was no refillment of coffee - at the time of my arrival there was only 1 piece of coffee, which I used on my first morning. Luckilly a kind receptionist gave me a piece of coffee for the next morning and organised for the cleaning of my room for the rest of my stay. For me the cleaning is not mainly changing bed linen and towels every day, but taking out the garbage and replacing the offered amenities. I understand the concept of "opt-out" that as a rule a room is cleaned every day, unless you explicitly say there is no need to do so.

Location is superb, for me like a center in the Centre of the city: only few minutes from Nybrohamnen for boat excursions or regular boat commutes (e.g. to ABBA museum on Djurgarden); most museums and attractions are accessible on foot, e.g. Gamla Stan less than 10 minutes away; there are many restaurants in the neighborhood, including Ostermalms Saluhall with excellent varieties of seafood. Breakfast is superb: among others also gravlax salmon, pickled herrings and classic meatballs are on disposal. As well as e.g. pancakes with selections of jams. Great variety of "super vitamin shoots" at breakfast. There is a kettle in the room for coffee and tea and complimentary small bottle of mineral water. :). And refigerator, which is big enough to put your stuff in it as well. AC is self-regulated in (my) room. I recommend to stay here - I will come again. The lift is going to the 5th floor, to the 6th floor you have to use the stairs, which was fine with me.

Might be a little worn in some areas, but some categories of rooms have been renovated first class.

The location! Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood and a short walk to ferries and Djurgården with all the green space and museums.

Rooms are a bit tired. We were traveling with 8 and 10 year old and our rooms were very far apart although on the same floor. I requested rooms to be close by.
