Internet was available in the lobby but not in the room. Some rooms have windows on the busy street, there is a disco club just across the street, loud music playing until 2 AM.

Location is great -- all possible public transport routes in a short walk distance. Breakfast is good, room is comfortable, staff is very helpful.

Daily cleaning staff often missed things, e.g. empties one bin but not the other, didn't replace coffee or tea sachets.

Poor lighting in sitting area of the room, bar area not inviting.

Good position close to a metro station and many attractions. Clean, comfortable room, good breakfast. Mavis on reception was so helpful in planning our journey to Drottingholm Palace.

I didn’t like the stairs at the entry to drag the luggage up, along with the stairs to the lift

I like the friendly reception staff. Especially Tove who ensured all our questions were answered and was extremely helpful.

The rooms were very hot and the temperature controls didn’t work at all. The safes didn’t work and it took till the second day and a few attempts at talking to the staff before someone eventually got them operational. Prices were quite high but that was due to Taylor Swift being in town.

The twin beds were not comfortable at all. The mattresses were more like a comforter. Pillows also weren’t great. Glass shower screen was strange and whole bathroom got wet.

A front facing room would be nicer. The roof air conditioning fans were quite noisy, even with the window shut as we were on the top floor. There are steps up in the entrance, which wasn't a problem for us, but might be for some.

Very good location near the city centre at a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a big selection and nice dining room. Staff friendly. Would stay again.

The hotel was so lovely!! The free breakfast included was LOVELY, so many options. sometimes breakfast buffets are not so good but this was fine. the room was spotless, and very very comfortable bedding was provided. the shower pressure was great and the location was great.

If you are on the ground floor near reception you are able to hear people coming in and out and the bell on the door! If you are a light sleeper this may keep you up/or wake you up.

The hotel was clean, modern, breakfast was great and staff are fantastic.

The room was far smaller than I thought it would be so felt rather cramped. It faced out onto the back yard with quite a bit of noise from an extraction fan (or heatpump unit?).

A nice hotel with a cosy atmosphere and friendly staff. The fireplace in the dining room was a bonus and added to the impression. Good breakfast with a lot of choice. Location was fine for exploring a lot of the city by foot.
