While the breakfast was satisfactory, it was quite basic compared to another nearby hotel offering more variety and starting earlier at 4:00 am, which is more convenient for early travelers. Here, it starts at 4:30 am, and the requirement to present a paper slip for entry is inconvenient, as it’s easy to misplace. Additionally, this hotel lacks amenities such as a pool or sauna, which the other hotel offers at a similar price. For the same rate, the other hotel also includes personalized options like a chef preparing omelettes to order and a wider variety of breakfast items. While this hotel meets its promises, there is significant room for improvement, especially in breakfast service and amenities, to better compete with nearby alternatives offering a higher level of service for the same price.

I appreciated the kindness of the staff and how attentive and friendly they were in addressing my questions. I also liked that, considering I was staying for just one night, they assigned me a room close to the access door. Additionally, when I mentioned that I had lost the slip for breakfast access, they provided a new one without any hassle or questioning. The quality of the available internet also seemed acceptable to me.

Hotel is a bit dated but pleasant. The kitchen needs to learn how to cook french fries (chips), way too soggy!

The connivence to the airport

Sadly the shower was broken. There was no attachment to fix the shower head to the rail so the only option was to hold it in your hand. Worse still, hot water failed half way through my shower and there was none the following morning. Obviously hot water was getting to the mixer, but not getting as far as the shower head. Reception kindly offered to change rooms, but as my husband was already asleep, it was not something I wanted. The real disappointment was housekeeping had not identified and fixed the issue prior to our arrival.

The location is very convenient and easy to find between the airport terminals. The room was large and extremely quiet with crisp white sheets, fluffy towels and a kettle. The check-in staff were excellent and very helpful.

Room has a bathtub which is so good to relax after long flight from oversea. Staff is very kind and they checked my status of membership of Radisson and provided free breakfast in the next morning. Room is very clean and good atmosphere as the airport hotel. Breakfast restaurant is beautiful and exciting view to watch the airport and planes.

The room was in an excellent location. Where I stayed had many food venues. The check-in experience was OK but the smile could have been wider. The cookies were delicious as well as the candy. Thank you for the upgrade!
