Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenAs someone struggling with allergies and food intolerances, it was nice to have lactose-free milk available as well as a gluten-free corner. However, the only butter available was right next to the regular bread and people were using the knife there to spread the butter on their gluten-containing bread slices. If you react to minimal amounts of gluten, you will have to ask for extra butter/margarine. Similarly, people without allergies/intolerances don't consider that some milk dropping from their pitcher into the one next to it, may cause for someone's day to get ruined due to a reaction. While I understand restrictions in space for a buffet, it would be nice in a hotel of that category if they could ensure that the risk of these kind of accidental contaminations could be minimized - it would make for a more relaxing experience overall.
Very friendly staff and accommodating with the request for an allergy-friendly premium, prior to arriving. The view over the lake, city hall, and part of the town was amazing! Should you decide to get married at city hall, definitely book this room category for the view alone! (We were on the 16th floor) Hotel staff were very helpful with requests that came up during the stay, e.g. a vase for the bridal bouquet.

IrelandNothing to do with the establishment, when ordering a car, the drop off address is common with the Central Station, it would be better to have the name of the hotel in Google Map, so the taxi driver can locate the drop off area more accurately.
Hospitality area at the reception. Lots of choices for breakfast, the only thing is tea is too weak for making English Tea. Room is good to have two chairs.

Lovely room with great view. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Hotel is literally 2 min walk to Central Train station. Out the door and across a drive and you are there! We were heading on train to Malmo next moring so location was 10/10! 5 min walk to the main road with shops, bars and restaurants too. Beds were THE most comfy we have ever had. Felt like sleeping on a cloud after 36 hours travel. We had a short but excellent stay and would definately recommend.

Really great experience and would certainly recommend anyone to stay here too. The location is brilliant, the staff were so kind and helpful. They were super involved in helping me build my itinerary for the two days I was staying there, and made awesome recommendations and subsequent reservations. Had a real great time and would certainly not hesitate to stay there again.
